The Cutarelli Vision team was amazing. Everyone was amazingly friendly and supportive. Answered my questions before I even asked, and if I came up with any others, they always had perfect responses. My procedure was expedited due to my travel timeline, and they were able to accommodate me. And pre-op and post-op were wonderful. I'm still recovering but everything looks great (no pun intended). For starters if I could give 0 stars I would. I personally saw dr Baca on Friday 10/09/2025. I arrived and everything was normal the assistant took me back. Before I can even say I word I heard Dr Baca SCREAMING to the assistant "DONT TOUCH HER SHE DOESNT HAVE INSURANCE" "DONT DO ANYTHING TO HER" she proceeded to come into the room where I was in with the assistant and she asks me "Do you have $300 for the consultation?!" I told her "yes?" Mind you money isn't an issue at all however on their website they advertise "free consultation" she then proceeds to tell her assistant to continue since I said I had the $300 she desperately needed and wanted from me. After the assistant was done she comes in the room and I tell her what was happening and really snotty and with attitude she dismisses everything I'm telling her that the light bothers me after a surgery I had and she tells me "well i don't know why the light bothers" the previous eye doctor who did my surgery told me I should go there because my eye had regrown the pterygium in my eye. She proceeds to tell me that's not true. When my previous eye doctor told me himself it grew back. She begins to do an exam and touch my eye and my face WITHOUT washing her hands. She digs her nails into my face to take pictures to send to another doctor. the pictures she took where taken off her DIRTY phone. Not a sterile Camera. mind you she didn't wash her hands before touching my face but she felt the need to wash her hands after touching me. Professional manner are currently lacking in "Dr" Baca. But then she proceeded to say that the surgeon wouldn't want to touch me because another doctor had already done a surgery on me. I left and I paid the $300 since she needed it so badly. I would highly not recommend. Not professional in any aspect. Don't know why she calls herself a dr when she clearly doesn't know anything. read more

Dr. Cuturelli did a Reflective Lense Exchange (RLE) for me 2 years ago and we have been going back and forth with how to remedy the floaters and cloudiness for the last 2 years. I had multiple procedures by him after the RLE was done, went to a specialist he recommended and PRK done after the RLE. There were appointments that were scheduled for wrong procedures, my records were not read and now the Dr. wants to settle with me for 300.00. This is an insult when I paid 6,000.00. Initially he said he would change the lens out but then had his assistant call me and say I had to pay another 6,000.00. Then he said I wouldn't have to pay but had to wait until he built his own facility to do the procedure. That was almost a year and a half ago and decided I have gone through too much with him that I'm scared for him to touch my eye again. I do not recommend him. He is understaffed, overworked and unprofessional. This can be seen by his offer, wrong appointments scheduled (he scheduled me for Lasik, when I can't have Lasik after an RLE because I already had this done 25 years ago.) and how long it has taken him to resolve my issue. Be careful who you chose to have work on your eyes. read more

In April of 2022 I went for a free LASIK consultation in the Fort Collins office. I was severely near-sighted with astigmatism and had been wearing corrective lenses for 30 years. I'd always been curious about LASIK. The free consultation was friendly and had zero pressure to commit. The staff was super friendly and all my questions were answered. I left that day with all the knowledge I needed to make my choice. Deciding to have LASIK was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my 42 years. It's been 6 months. It's like seeing the world for the first time. Watching Spring turn into Summer and how bright and vibrant the colors are and crisp the leaves look on trees and plants. Camping in the mountains, which I've been doing for 15 years, was a completely new experience for me. I could count the trees and identify animals in the background like never before. No longer were they just dark shadows blending into the rest of the shadows. I feel safer driving now than ever before. I recommend everyone that is considering corrective eye surgery to get a free consultation at Dr. Cutarelli's and determine which procedure and payment plan is best for you. You'll be so very happy you did. (I still find myself, from time to time, trying to push my glasses up the bridge of my nose, despite them no longer being there, and sometimes I still try to find them when I first wake up in the mornings. Tales of two experiences. First family member had LASIK procedure that was great. We would recommend LASIK. Second person in our family had PRK. Horrible experience. Painful, miss diagnosed after surgery prescriptions. Doctor said recovery should be a week or two. Could not drive a car for 3 months. Could see better before procedure. Doctor recommended an enhancement since we bought the life time package. He changed the procedure the day of the surgery. As painful as the first procedure. We are at 3 weeks since the surgery still can't see well enough to drive. Doctor and staff have been very difficult to contact. If Cutarelli recommends PRK we highly discourage the procedure. If you see well with glasses or contacts do not go thru the pain and long recovery to see worse. Wanted to share our pain so others do not have to go thru the same process. read more

I contacted them once 6 months ago to get pricing on lasik. They have been emailing and calling me insistently since that one communication 6 months ago nagging that I come in for a consultation. I have called their office and asked them to take me off of the phone and email lists but they won't stop contacting me. Honestly I would never get lasik from them just because of this experience. It feels very scammy. How hard is it to stop emailing someone to come in for a consultation when they have asked you multiple times to stop contacting them. Disgusting. read more

I had my Lasik done in the Ft Collins office w/ Dr Cutarelli this spring & could not be happier! I'm better than 20/20 & wish I would have done this sooner!! The staff took great care in assuring my measurements were accurate & made sure to answer any of my concerns. I was very pleased with Cutarelli Vision! Very clean office and very nice staff. They are also very quick! I went in to see if I was a candidate and they were wanting to go ahead and do my surgery the next week, but I waited a couple months for other reasons before I had the surgery done. The day of the surgery I went in and they got me straight back and starting prepping. I was told to expect to be there about 2 hours from the prep to recovery and I don't think I was even there an hour from prep to recovery. Both the Dr. and the assistant could tell I was really nervous about the procedure and they were so comforting. They talked to me through the entire procedure so I knew what was going on. I was totally amazed that I could read the clock right after surgery. I don't think my experience with Cutarelli Vision could have been any better than it was! They are amazing! read more
