They've always got some kind of huge sale going on so you can get some really inexpensive fabrics. That being said, I don't expect the fabrics to be as high quality as, say, Mood Fabrics, but I've made plenty of pants and coats and sweaters without any problems. If you're just starting out, their fabrics are cheap enough to use for practice or making muslins (when there's a sale, obviously). I've gotten tweed and different types of wool for $5/yard. It's worth it to me.

Tried it on 10plus sweatshirts and it happened on every single one. So I did a return and stated what was happening and how it ruined 10plus sweatshirts (meaning the thread count would be high) so they sent me a label I wrapped it in bubble wrap enough so it wouldn't break and dropped it off they recieved it stated they were doing the numbers to make sure they all matched and checking thread count. Then today I get a message that apparently the item is damaged and they won't refund me my money. So they won't refund me my almost 3,000 and won't provide me any photos of the damaged ups. WONT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN UNLESS THEY FIX THIS SITUATION will be calling the shop to speak to the owner

There is no reason to go out and ever buy brand new chairs. Find chairs with good bones, take them to Kauffman's to be reupholstered and you will be so much happier with the result. Most of the yarn is pretty pricey, but good yarn cost more than a pretty penny. I thought they were reasonable prices considering the product. They also always have beautiful window displays, if you just want a peek.
