After hearing me complain about yet another terrible visit to my high-priced salon, my friend suggested I try Schura. I only wish I would have found Diana Schura 1 year ago!!!! She has brought my hair back to health (it was quite damaged by the lack of care at the previously mentioned salon) and, most importantly, I HAVE BEAUTIFUL BLONDE highlights again!!!! Diana is very professional, friendly and is a great listener to my needs; she is also confident with her profession and can tell me when she disagrees with my perceived wants/needs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I went in for a manicure and it was the worst salon experience I've ever…read morehad. They not only refused to do what I asked for, they insisted on doing what I asked them not to. The man doing my nails was so careless with the buffer that he caused me pain and to bleed on four different fingers. I repeatedly asked him to stop, to be careful, and told him he was hurting me- and HE LAUGHED. I was so mad I started crying. The owner than cane to finish the paint job. It looks terrible. There was nail dust everywhere, and it is now stuck under the gel polish- despite me asking to wash my hands and telling her that it was dirty. She kept saying she would fix it. I then just tried to leave, without care that the job was unfinished, and they insisted I pay. I ask them why I should pay for bloody fingers, damaged nails and ruined polish?!?! They threatened to call the police. Do not come here unless you want to be supremely disappointed.
