I got assigned a man working in the corner, he was middle aged and had short dark hair. Right off the bat he seemed out of it and kept running into things, talking wildly to those around him, and dropping the tools he was using. I also noticed a woman at the counter staring down at him disapprovingly the entire time he rummaged about. I just said I wanted a fade on my sides but what he began to do was so reckless and unconcerned that two minutes in I knew I was in a seriously bad situation. Ultimately he spends 7 minutes wrecking my hair and giving me a stupid and embarrassing blotchy fade. Then he immediately says he's finished and asks for 30€ Absolutely the most unprofessional and reckless service I've ever encountered. I've included two photos of my 30€ haircut.

It had been about 4 months since my last haircut. Which, in the world of people who pay attention to their hair, is a long long time. The only time I pay any attention to my hair is when I am crying watching it go down the drain. I have never received so many compliments after a haircut. People said I looked 10-15 years younger. I was studying abroad in Berlin and came across this salon on Yelp when I returned home to touch up my hair about 6 weeks later (to the United States) everyone who worked at my usual salon was RAVING about how good it looked and was asking the color he used, where I got it done, and saying how hard it was to achieve my color that he had done. Needless to say I would definitely suggest this salon to anyone looking to dye their hair. He also helped with after care and gave me suggestions at good prices.
