The estimator showed up on time and we agreed on a price to remove a Crepe Myrtle in my front yard that had roots growing into my sewer line. The scheduler called me within 24 hours of the estimate and emailed me my official proposal. I signed it and got on the schedule. The crew called me the morning of service and gave me an arrival time. They showed up exactly when I was told and got right to work. The tree came down quick and they cleaned up as they went. When they were almost done the stump grinding crew showed up. They got rid of the stump, raked and shoveled all of the sawdust back into the hole, raked the leaves left over, and blew off my driveway. When they pulled away it was as if they were never here (minus the open spot where a tree used to be). Time from pulling up to leaving was no more than 1.5 hours. Bravo gents! Tyler reviewed what needed to be done and agreed with me on almost everything except one tree. He said, No. We're not cutting it down - we're going to prune it, rebalance it and then feed it. Well, I had to agree with that approach. Saving a tree is a good thing. This morning, the crew arrived ready to work. They reviewed what needed to be done and got to it. There was no pussyfooting around with these folks. After the first crew completed the cutting that needed to be done, led by Steven, the second crew arrived, led by Troy. Both were just as dedicated to execute their tasks in the most responsible and professional manner. They have been recommended to us by a couple of our neighbors in the area. Luke Seamster quoted a fair price and did a great job for us. He is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We actually ended up cutting 3 trees in the end because of the damage observed once the work started (two of them have been growing into each other). We were very worried about an old red oak in particular, which grew leaning towards our shed, and there was only a narrow path available to drop it without damaging property or other trees we cared for, but was in a different direction. Luke and his team put it down safely, exactly where they planned, so -great score on skill and experience! They worked fast, clean, listened to our requests and gave us good advice on how to save some other trees and on possible future concerns. In the end, we've been happy with the work done and we'll use their service again.
