The barber seemed determined to rush through the appointment, attempting to finish my haircut in about 10 minutes. I had to stop him because I wasn't happy with the result and asked him to fix it. Throughout the entire appointment, he made no effort to engage in even basic conversation. I tried several times to be friendly, ask questions, and make the experience enjoyable, but received almost nothing in return. I paid $70 for a haircut and beard service, and I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. The beard trim, which cost $30, lasted no more than two minutes and looked like almost no work had been done. The entire appointment felt rushed, careless, and completely lacking in attention to detail. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality, professionalism, and customer experience justify it. Unfortunately, none of those were present here. Instead, I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and regretting my decision to give this place a chance. With how difficult the economy is today, customers deserve businesses that appreciate their support and take pride in their work.
