Yet I received 4 separate incoming calls from "employees" of iBuyICT, which also does business as "Real Estate Rescue", within the past 24 hours. Three of these incoming calls were the morning of April 14, 2026. The CEO of the business is Alex Peransi. Mr. Peransi is so devoid of transparency and honesty that he refused -- on multiple occasions -- to orally provide me with the spelling of his last name. Only after I REPEATEDLY pressed to obtain the correct spelling of his last name did he direct me to his company's webpage at www.sellmyhomeict.com/meet-the-team/. Mr. Peransi stated that all four phone calls I received were from his "employees". This includes Carlos in Florida, who called me earlier today. And this includes Mr. Barrientos in Texas, who called me today just minutes AFTER Carlos had called me. As evidence of the company's lack of honesty and transparency, the man in Texas said his name was James Barrientos. But when I spoke with Mr. Peransi less than an hour later, Mr. Peransi said this employee's true name is MARIO Barrientos; and that "James" is a fictitious first name. During my discussion with Mr. Peransi, I learned that all 4 of my phone conversations with his "employees" had been audio recorded without my knowledge or express consent. Mr. Peransi revealed his company (and its employees) rely on one-party consent laws to record phone conversations without the knowledge or express consent of the other party to the phone call (such as myself). Mr. Peransi's employee -- Mario -- claims that iBuyICT (aka Real Estate Rescue) is not obligated to comply with the FTC's rules and regulations related to the National Do Not Call List. But one of Mr. Peransi's employees, either Carlos or Mario, tried to MARKET the services of Alexander Ake, a realtor in Kansas. You can find Mr. Ake listed on the iBuyICT "Meet the Team" webpage. Carlos or Mario also tried to MARKET homes currently owned by iBuyICT or Real Estate Rescue, or listed by Mr. Ake. As an aside, on April 14, 2026, Mario analogized a phone conversation one of his co-workers initiated with me in the previous 20 hours to that of a drug dealer's conversation with a drug user. As a so-called real estate investor, does Mr. Peransi believe that he (and his employees) are pursuing home buying opportunities from illegal drug users? If so, I do NOT fall within the demographic that he is pursuing business with.

If you are looking for great prices on some very unique items, furnishings, interior decor, or…read moreperhaps a life sized taxidermied Lion, among other treasures one does not see every day, I suggest you step inside this friendly, attentive establishment. The location and street it is on, smack in the industrial area of Wichita, makes it easy to miss, especially when attempting to navigate the sorry excuse this city offers the citizens it taxes for safe, smooth roads and highways...But if you can safely glance to the right while your tires and suspension are being destroyed by potholes that are a dozen lawsuits ready to happen by motorcyclists daily...on every road in the city(who's representatives should be embarrassed and perhaps replaced) You will see their sign and small parking lot left of the building which to my pleasant surprise, looks larger on the inside than the outside. Upon entry, you will experience sensory overload in a very good way and only the most dry, crusty, boring personalities would not enjoy at least some of what they discover inside as they navigate the jam packed, yet aisled interior, but I believe most people would truly enjoy the furnishings and décor , even bedding at great prices upon a visit...that is, if they aren't involved in an accident because the state and city budget for infrastructure obviously has been mis-allocated unquestioningly for far, far too many years. I also suggest visiting this wonderful top tier, 5 star bargain store during the daylight hours, considering the aforementioned Wichita and Kansas public servants,(our employees) are unaware of the incredible invention of not only asphalt and any number of high tech, roadway delivery systems, but this amazing invention that just arrived on the market, well, in the 1970's, called reflective road and highway paint, which causes your headlights to make those very important, highly state and local elected rep. ignored -STRIPES and LINES actually GLOW at night and that helps EVERYONE to see the road and where to keep their cars between, especially while thumping and bumping, bobbing and banging across roads that the wagon trains of old would have laughed at and avoided. But I suppose those representatives do not care for the hundreds of thousands of folks with various forms of night blindness, nor the older or elderly seniors who still deserve smooth, safe roads, nor do they care what the rest of the world thinks about them, since the roads represent the government of a region, and myself being a new resident to Wichita and coming from a location where you did not need 1000 tire, brake and suspension mechanics to every 1 full service mechanic, I am appalled that any city in this nation of which we are all citizens, would allow the roadways to biodegrade to such a pathetic and embarrassing state. So I DID thoroughly enjoy my visit to this friendly, exciting store, spending over an hour and leaving with a lovely carpet for my office from India and am planning many future visits. The only issue I had, was the issue I have ANY place I go in Wichita, and that is the brutal, dangerous drive it takes to go literally ANYWHERE in Wichita...and it is time someone is elected who will replace whoever is responsible for letting this go for so long. With that, my 2 birds with 1 stone response to this establishment is satisfactorily completed. I give them 5 stars out of 5 after my first visit.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wichita area. I decided to sell my first home in late 2014. It was in good condition, but not very marketable; it was only 800 square feet and in a poor neighborhood. When we did get an offer, the buyers were difficult to deal with. Their financing fell through a couple times, and they weren't very easy to work with during negotiations. I really appreciate Megan doing the go-between with the buyers. I would have lost my cool. When we finally reached an agreement, I had difficulty with the appraisal due to some siding on the detached garage. Megan and Greg Feuerborn both came out, on a freezing, drizzly winter day, to assist me with replacing the siding and painting to match. I felt at that moment that I had definitely chosen the best agents. How many agents will take time out of their day to help their sellers make exterior repairs in the dead of winter?! A year later my boyfriend and I decided to purchase a house together. I told him we had to use the Feuerborn Team; I knew they would be communicative and helpful and do everything they could to help us find and purchase the right home. We had absolutely NO idea what we wanted when we started looking. But Megan was amazing, sending us all kinds of listings. We ended up looking at 25 or 30 houses in a four or five week period. Everything from historical colonials, to new constructions, to established ranch homes. When we'd visit a house, Megan would ask a lot of questions and try to draw out exactly what we were looking for. We finally found this amazing one owner home in North Wichita. Unfortunately, we ran into negotiation problems again. The owners had custom built this home and were very proud of it; it was difficult to come to an agreement on selling price and needed repairs. Megan to the rescue again! She is so diplomatic! She spent a lot of time going back and forth between the sellers and us until we reached an agreement. I feel like both parties got an excellent and fair deal. I know this is an overly long review, but I just cannot say enough good things about the Feuerborn Team. I hope I don't move again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely give Megan and Greg a call. They are very responsive, polite, and trustworthy. They go out of their way to help find the right home and handle any issues that arise during a sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Wichita area. You won't be sorry. Oh! And I believe they do special work with military and law enforcement, so if that happens to be you, definitely give them a call and see what they can do for you.
