But in his report, he said the dishwasher was acceptable. I guess he didn't even turn it on to check it. He didn't inspect our sprinkler in the yard and our roof. He had a laptop with him, finished the whole inspection in about one and half hour, including writing the whole inspection report. A couple weeks ago, we needed them cleaned and Midwest came out and provided a bid, and while they cleaned, they also offered to do what they could to correct the angle of the gutters that the other company failed to install correctly. Our older house also needed a little personalized work on the roof, and the ops manager Branden came out himself and did the work for us. Also, at time of quote, they were about 2.5 weeks out (easy to understand, working in the summer, and with recent thunderstorms and heavy winds). We weren't in a rush, but a couple days later, the team called and said they had a last minute cancellation and asked if they could swing by and service our gutters. They could have headed to the next customer early and stayed in the air conditioning but they wanted to take care of the customer. Would absolutely recommend Midwest Roofing Services again and will call them in the future.

Our old porch was just a cracking, crumbling mess. July 2025 I was able to pull out the cracked concrete with my bare hands! That's when we knew our porch was completely unsafe to stand or walk in. We needed a superhero contractor team and Calvin Opp Concrete was it ! Our new porch and sidewalk is not only safe for decades to come , but look absolutely beautiful and the porch is even bigger than the original. Job took less than a week. No complaints from neighbors ( we have a couple who complain about everything.) We were also walked through the information on ways to get financing . My family will definitely hire them again, and I am currently sending their page to some people who asked who re did our porch and they are looking for a company to do their driveways. You will not be disappointed.
