This company took care of so much. Setting up (both outside/inside), staging, offering suggestions, marking, working with folks coming in during the sale, complete list of items sold, arranging for the pickup of unsold items, and clean up. Positive communication throughout this process. All this on a holiday week.

I can't say enough good things about Epic Estate Sales. I was honestly dreading the entire…read moreliquidation process because I assumed it would be stressful, overwhelming, and incredibly time-consuming. Instead, they made everything surprisingly easy from beginning to end. Before making a decision, I interviewed five different estate sale companies in the Wichita area. After comparing them all, I chose Epic Estate Sales because of their outstanding reviews and because they clearly had the most organized, professional process. Looking back, I'm so glad I did. They communicated well, handled all the details, and took so much of the stress off my shoulders. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. The sale itself was professionally organized, and I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled. What I expected to be one of the most difficult parts of the process ended up being one of the easiest because of their experience and attention to detail. If you're looking for an estate sale company in the Wichita, Kansas area, I would highly recommend Epic Estate Sales. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

They staged the home beautifully, and we had an offer within days for the above asking and the closing went smoothly despite the challenges. I highly recommend The Graham real estate team.

I was not asked if that was acceptable to me the charge was on the contract when we met to sign it. She did not have a contract with me she wasn't even representing me. Our experiences as both buyers and sellers with Tiffany, Josh, and the rest of their team was top-notch. As buyers, they helped us narrow down where to buy, which was helpful because we were new to the area. They listened to our needs and wants, and we ended up in a perfect home. As sellers, they showed us what to do to prepare our home to sell quickly and at list price. We can't recommend The Roy Group enough, they are the best in the Wichita area!

Roy promised a better sales outcome, leading us to cancel the previous agent's contract, incurring financial costs. However, there was minimal personal interaction or in-person meetings with potential buyers who scheduled appointments through their customer management system. all we saw was opinions text to us , where appointments were canceled or comments indicated the price was too high or the property was disliked. Our home had been recently remodeled after water damage, including new flooring, kitchen fixtures, and bathrooms and full paint job. It's hard to believe everyone genuinely disliked the property, especially since we never received an offer to counter. We subsequently listed the house with a smaller real estate agency, who secured numerous offers and ensured in-person meetings with potential buyers at the property. Unfortunately, the housing market declined during this time, resulting in a significant loss when we finally sold the house. In my opinion, one Star is too high of rating to give to Roy Group.
