She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. The first time, I paid in cash, yet she later contacted me saying I hadn't paid -- which was completely unacceptable. When I reached out again for a deep cleaning quote, she gave me a price that was $100 higher than another house that's twice the size of ours. I also asked about recurring basic cleaning (excluding the living room) and was quoted $175, even though our home is very small and the entire second floor is just a living room and tiny kitchen. When I politely asked for a reasonable price adjustment, she never responded. Overall, very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication.
