She made a rendering of my sign and had it back to me with only a matter of a couple days. She followed up regularly with me, even through the busy holiday season she was available to answer any questions I had. I gave her a computer file of my logo and asked her about what colors would make my sign stand out most and she gave them. We made the sign and it looks EXACTLY like my logo. It lights up at night for potential customers. My profession is dentistry and we have had a very large number of new patients recently that I believe can be attributed (in large part) to such a nice sign. It really makes my practice stand out. If you're in need of a sign, go no further. Call Ms. Donna at JC Signs. She is very personable, we just had our newborn 2 weeks ago and she remembered from a few months ago to email me and ask about her. People like this are very hard to find these days in the business world.

Jose does not respond to e-mails, phone, and text messages and very bad and poor customer service. Because of this company City of Hickory code enforcement team lost confidence on us to replace the sign in time to bring it into compliance. City has been waiting patiently for long time as we have informed this company is working on it and they complete the installation. after numerous follow-ups and e-mails we were given May 9th 2023 installation date and of course the installation was not done on that date and since then no response from the owner and i at least tried calling about 30 + time in last few days and no response to phone and no response to text and we are stuck at this point and reported and submitted complaint with BBB and i am writing this review for other business owner should not need to go through what we have been through over the last two years working with this company and i would not doing business with this organization and the owner Jose.

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off. This company proved to be very dishonest and…read moredisappointing. I booked two services: Full interior reset package and Exterior detail package. The original quote was $350 for both. When they arrived to pick up my vehicle, they upped the price to $450 after inspecting it due to some dog hair. It was a big jump, but I agreed. After having my car for just under 2.5 hours, they called to up the price again to now $500, even claiming "we have been vacuuming the car for 3 hours" which is literally impossible as they only had the car for less than 2.5 hours. They tried mansplaining to me trying to justify the 2nd price increase. I was stuck having to agree because a) they have my car, b) they already spent 2.5 hours with it before calling to tell me the additional increase and c) offered zero alternatives to avoid the increase. The original services allotted 4.5 hours, so with the extra $150 I was expecting them to really take their time. They finished it in 4 hours, 30 less than the original time slot, but yet wanted me to pay $150 more than the original quote. The job was not anywhere near worth the cost. I was pulling leaves, pollen bits, and hair out of the car as I was inspecting it, and their response was to make more excuses. When I go to pay with a card, he states there is an additional 3% charge. This is not stated anywhere on the website or in the email when you book. Pushing customers to pay through Venmo or Cashapp adds to the shadiness of this entire business. Incredibly disappointing and I'm left feeling completely ripped off. Expecting $125 an hour is truly insane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
