Asking for the repair of…read morea broken shade, Heather was not only super friendly and customer service oriented, she sent me a YouTube video to show how to take the shade down myself, so I wouldn't have to pay for them to come out to take it down. When I brought the shade to the showroom, I was greeted and listened to and got my questions answered very professionally. Expecting to have to leave the shade for repair, I was pleasantly surprised that the repair was done right there and then and when asking what I owed, I was told that I didn't have to pay anything.
