One of the few exceptions is Twin City Vacuum in Crystal, which repairs all kinds of vacuum cleaners. Twin City Vacuum is a great value because it's much cheaper to fix a vacuum than to buy a new one - often the new ones are of lower quality. Plus fixing an appliance is even more ecological than recycling. You can also buy a wide range of replacement parts such as bags and belts. The owners are very knowledgeable and accommodating.
