I don't believe it was that hard to understand. Thin hair so need short so I can gel and make stand up..a little spiky. Sun bleach look on top. Shorter on top and slightly longer on back so not hugging my head. What did I get? LONG Long top (hair hangs in my eyes) , short short on back (hugging scalp) and basically no color..'well it matches your natural light brown'..NOTHING was what I asked for. Said I could come back to see someone else to fix it in 6 weeks ! HELL NO. PAY THEM again for anyone else to screw it again? NO THANKS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
