She was angry with a customer on the phone when we arrived. Then she pretty look down on my friend and I - even before we utter a word (while she is on the phone). When we asked about the pricing, she just told us (again in angry tone) to come out with her with the cart. Then upon weighting the fishes we have, she was like "do you really want to pay that. much to ship when you are paying for 10lb?" I understand she is trying to be reasonable, but her tone make it sounds like our business is too little for her time. the shipment was fast and arrive just as expected - which save me from rating this a one star. The folks there stayed open until 8 pm which was extremely important given that our float plane didn't land until after 7:00 pm. The facility is very nice and clean. We requested they hold our fish for seven days before shipping them as we still were going to be in-state and not at home right away. They did that for us at no charge. Just received all three of our shipments as agreed upon. Our fish that we handed to them were the same ones we got back. Tracking info was sent via email as arranged and they even through in some suggested fish storage / cooking methods for us. Top notch customer interaction and I will definitely use them for future trips.
