If you want to pay $300+ for one hour of cleaning on any day or time that Cardinal chooses each week, then you've found the right business. Here's the last cleaning I had with them: less than 24 hours before my scheduled cleaning they canceled and asked if they could reschedule for the following week (if a customer cancels within 24 hours, they charge $50, but if they do it, no discount for the customers' inconvenience). I asked if they could find another crew and sometime sooner than a full week later. The next morning I saw a crew had been scheduled on my account and my credit card had been charged even though I never heard back so I contacted them and they told me they couldn't find anyone that day and it would be Monday at 1:30/2:00. I said okay. On Monday at 11:40, they tell me they'll be there at 12:10 -- they don't even ask if they can come earlier, they just assume that someone is home and waiting to adjust to their schedule -- I can't imagine they would have accommodated me if I had called and told them they were coming an 1.5 early with 30 mins notice because my schedule had changed. I ask them to wait until 12:30 so we can make sure someone is home. They come, and they're in and out in an hour. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, 2 sets of stairs....in an hour. The next week they contact me to let me know my previous cleaner has quit, and their prices are going up by 50%. I don't know if there was a change in ownership this year, but this unfortunately wasn't an unusual or out of the ordinary experience with them from the last 6 months.

Sal was extremely professional in sending out their repair person. However, the person who came…read morewas very unfriendly. When I asked him to wear a mask, he refused. When I asked him to check if there was a leak of gas from my furnace, he said everything is in good working condition and there are multiple safety measures to prevent any leak. But when I asked how to be sure there is no leak, he said that is a second step to measure with a meter and it will cost another $89. In any event, I didn't find him to be friendly and helpful to rule out my initial complaint. I did not opt for the second step. No second step for diagnosis was informed by Sal earlier. That said, I guess I must give the business a 5-star rating based on the professional scheduling and followup of the appointment. "One swallow doesn't make a summer' or "one bad day" is not a true reflection of the company. I am changing my rating at Sal's text request personally. It's only changed because I can understand Sal's concern as a businessman. He offered me free service in return but I declined it again. He got me wrong completely. My changed rating is only for the professionalism shown by the reception desk and their follow-up. It is not for the changed picture Ron gave that I asked if Ron wanted me to wear a mask. Who would ask that in one's own house? I was wearing my mask thoughout the encounter. As a 65+ year-old, I must be cautious. I don't need a service person's permission to wear a mask inside my house. Unbelievable. But I thought I must clarify to Sal's reply. Thanks Sal for your prompt response. But, isn't that a courteous way to ask ? - "You might want to wear a mask". He saw I was wearing one and he was entering my residence. Yes, I could have insisted but I think that is rude. Secondly, my complaint was "gas leak" and hence, the request to send someone from your company. I am not disputing any diagnosis. I just placed it before you, so it doesn't happen again.. I don't want any money back either. Service was rendered and I accept your company's policy. However, I thank the reception desk for immediately scheduling the appointment the same day. It was highly professional, including the update they followed up with. I commend you for that. Anyways, thanks for your immediate response. Much appreciated

Sals heating has been working on our boiler system since 10/20/25. From 10/20/2025 till 1/2026 Sals has charged us 6,102.00 On 2/10/2026 we were presented with two more estimates: 1) 3,627.00 for further repairs . 2) 18,180.00 total replacement of Boiler It is my fear that they feel an additional 3,627.00 will not fix the boiler in entirety so they included an estimate of full replacement of system. 2) Replacement of boiler system in its entirety: 18,180.00 We have moved on and will not be using Sals service for any additional repairs/work This matter will appear on your website reviews and am submitting to the BBB

After I received the products, I found out that my drill stopped working. In addition, I needed to get a Phillips drill bit and a file to smooth the edges when I cut. I found out that the bracket did not fit from the inside and I had to reverse it to the outside. Then I needed to talk to support because the rodent pest strip was peeling off. The video did not show me how to install it. I did it the wrong way. Finally, my wife and I got it installed. The video showed how simple it is to install. It's not the case. The self tapping screws don't drill into the door. I had to use a hammer and nail to start it before I can drill it in. I ordered 2 kits. One for my double and one for my single garage doors. I tried to return my single garage door kit. It's past my 30 days window. No Returns! There support is thru email only. Sometimes they don't get back to you right away. Here's their return policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and that's why we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. It's important to note that returns cannot be processed for items received after the 30-day window from the delivery date. Would I buy from them again? Very unlikely.
