Negative stars. Their workmanship and ethics are poor to nonexistent…read more I sincerely hope they this company is incompetent. I would hate to think that they did this deliberately. Inspected by city inspectors too. Call us (519 344 7730) and get all two pages of costly screw ups they refused to make right. ie. "effectively turned nine floor joists into 2x6's; didn't reconnect the air ducts...just left them sitting so it looked like they were connected. I checked before the ceiling went up; cut a floor joist completely through and left it hanging, hidden behind abs pipe they installed.

Saucier (John Morin) installed a new furnace a few years ago in my very old house. I was under…read moreduress because I had to deal with the old furnace breaking down in the middle of winter and since I was not in the house at the time pipes froze up. It was quite a nightmare. They did a great job of the installation the Plenum I believe it's called looked good. I was happy then. A couple of years ago I asked them to come in and install a nest thermostat in a different location. All was good. Today not good at all. Since the beginning of summer I had requested service to clean up the ductwork and create a new vent to satisfy a city building permit requirement . I was given the estimate amount I asked when would they be available to do the work. ThenI waited . I waited a couple of months. I reached out to them yet again and I was told they were on vacation that they would call me back the following week. they never called me back. In the meantime I had been asked to remove everything from the basement, including the new Ikea kitchen to make way for the work to be done. I don't know if you've ever seen an IKEA kitchen in boxes but it's huge, there's a lot of boxes and it's very heavy and I'm an old woman. I brought all those boxes upstairs. Since they did not respond I returned all of the boxes to the basement. Now when I see their trucks drive-by I make a point of glaring at them. I hope they read this so they understand why. No I no longer recommend this company.

We booked an appointment about a month ago to have our dishwasher looked at and repaired... A day…read morewas taken off work to make sure someone was home for the four hour window for the technician to arrive... No technician. Called and was told that they would look into it and call back Two hours go by and we call back... turns out that one of the plumbers had become unavailable. NO ONE CALLED TO LET US KNOW. we have been told that we will have to book another appointment... which the soonest we can expect is ONE MONTH away. So we are out a days pay. We still are no closer to having our problem even LOOKED at and we are essentially back at square one without so much as a "Well have a manager try and get you taken care of" In this day and age this level of unprofessional customer service is not only unacceptable but inexcusable. This is how you treat your clients?

Never rent any equipment from RELIANCE. They will install it one day, but good luck with removing…read more They never want to remove it. I have water heater which was used by the previous landlord. Its old and its not economical. I wanted to remove it, I was given the option to drop of. Other options are very expensive. I was given an account number and when I went there to drop off, they didn't accept it saying that the account is not in my name. ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NAME SO THAT I CAN REMOVE IT. $35 FOR NEW ACCOUNT. I SAID ITS FINE. PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CHANGE IT IN MY NAME. This happened on may 17th-2022 since then i have been talking to customer service, billing department, removal department and every department with reliance. They will ask all the information like address, first name, last name, post code and once they realise that you want to remove the water tank, they will keep on transferring the call to one department to another department. Every day, i have to spend at least 2 hours on phone over them. It is not yet rectified even now. My suggestion to users who rent the equipment from reliance is "IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT FROM THEM, PLEASE RESIGN YOUR JOB FIRST, SO THAT YOU CAN AT LEAST SPEND 2-3 HOURS TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPLAINING YOUR SITUATION TO EACH AND EVERY AGENT AND SPELLING YOUR FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME TO EACH AND EVERY ONE. THEN GOOD LUCK!
