Chad responded quickly and professionally. The day after we signed the contract his crew prepped the driveway and they showed up as promised for the scheduled pouring. Never heard back from him. I even sent him a message through Yelp to see why he hadn't responded. Still no reply to date. I've given up waiting and doubt I'll ever hear from this company.

We called around in Hampton, landed with Patrick's Glass, who didn't "have the time to come out and look." So, we took down what we knew to write, the broken part and brought it to the shop. The shop person had a part on his desk that looked very much like the part we needed but explained that they would need to come out to look at the issue. "We don't have the time to come out." He referred us to a handyman he knew; whom we called who did come out. Carter Britton, the person, came out and never followed up. We called him multiple times, either no answer or ignored. Now, a year plus later, the window issue is not resolved, and it is getting cold. We need this window to work, and it looks like we need it replaced. We will not entertain the idea of Patrick's Glass any longer for the disappointing experience with his business. We can't even get a ballpark figure for the repair or replacement, as it requires someone to inspect and do the work. We are still looking and again starting fresh. No recommendation for this business, we are not recommending the business and sure will never call them again.

Not only did they do what they were contracted to do in their estimate, they also did things that I did not even think to include in my request (bannister in stairway, a couple of doors, repairs to woodwork where my granddog had chewed when visiting, and even cleaned out some dusty light fixtures in my kitchen while they were up on their ladder!). The paint that was used was very high-grade and almost odorless. Cleanup was done throughout the job and in the 3 days it took them to complete the job, I came home to a meticulous home. My final bill came in UNDER the estimate, even with the extra things that were done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a painter or tiler. Fernando (owner) was extremely accommodating and could not have been any easier to work with.
