He and his team did a fabulous job sanding and scrapping all the old paint off. Then they applied three coats of Sherwin-Williams satin latex paint to the trim. They were friendly and very professional. Our house looks phenomenal. Why did my wife and I select Jesse's company? Any company with 4 & 5-star ratings on both Google and Yelp must be a great company. For our next painting job, it'll definitely be with All American Beach Painting.

We hired Jesse and his team to paint our primary residence in preparation for a spring sale and it made a vast difference in our marketing. Not only did we sell our home quickly, and for top dollar, we enjoyed having Jesse's team at our home during a stressful renovation period. They worked collaboratively, communicated respectfully, and brought a comfortable energy to our home during their working hours. They cleaned up after themselves and Jesse was sure to come by regularly to check on the work. When our bathroom paint bubbled because the previous flipper did not prime the walls well, they executed the repair work perfectly. Although the exact color I wanted was not available, Jesse went to his paint store and custom ordered a color that was an excellent match - had he not told me, I would not have known the difference. Though this review is long over due, it was well earned. Thank you Jesse for an excellent job. We have passed your company information along to the new buyers in case they need to order more paint through you.

There were some issues with what…read morewas included (make sure you're clear about what they're doing and what they aren't), but those issues were cleared up, and my real complaint is with the quality of the work. Despite the quote mentioning spot sanding, I saw no evidence of that. It seems that they just painted over flaking paint after some scraping. Despite the quote saying that they would apply "up to" three coats of paint, I saw no evidence of l multiple coats or priming. I had to call them back out to address some problems once, and the pictures show issues that still remain. I don't want to hire a company to do a job and then have to be the quality control. They also left my screens off the windows, which is just an annoyance, and shows--in my opinion--that there's no internal quality control. I just paid them instead of trying to call them back out again, but they won't be my go-to painters, which is unfortunate because again, Tep seems like a nice guy. I was impressed by the positive reviews, but I also noticed that most of them were a long time ago. Maybe they've lost the fire, or maybe they're having issues with their labor.

The work was done very professionally and the end result is beautiful. They repaired our corner beads, including knock-down texturing of the repaired areas. This is pretty difficult and was done very well. The painting of several rooms and our staircase was completed on schedule and very well. We also have to compliment them on the clean up. On top of this, the pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
