You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I know that many exterior car part replacements come primed, which is why I texted Juan while they still had my car to request a quote to replace my passenger-side mirror and SPECIFICALLY asked for a bottom line that includes the cost to paint it which, by the way, was a ridiculous amount! He actually tried to tell me it was that expensive because they have to 'program' it. Goodbye! Trey was my service tech and he explained what would be inspected during the tune up, contacted me when it was ready for pick up. About a week after I picked my car up, the company reached out again to make sure everything was working correctly. This company's communication is spot on! Other places I have used promise to call, but never do. This place is great! I originally brought my car in a few years ago because I was leaking radiator fluid and my previous shop could not locate the cause of the leak. The parts store recommended somewhere else. All tune would not even ask if they could correct it. They put the newest most green tech on my car who had an issue removing the front tire. They invited me come back and work on my car again. I went to another repair shop. He found that they intentionally left the pars disconnected so I would get more work done by their incompetent shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WORTHLESS THEY WILL TRY TO DRAIN YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU HAVE. YOU WILL NOT NEED THE PARTS THAT THEY WILL RECOMMEND.
