But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!

Steve explained the procedure over the phone, that reassured me of his expertise. Steve said that it should take know more than 5 or 6 hours. When Steve and Brianna arrived he showed me the new parts that would be used to do the repairs. I was amazed how Steve took apart the engine so fast and replace the water pump and timing chain. Steve knew where every nut , bolt and screw were to go back in the engine. My car is running great now. Steve and Brianna were very polite and humble people. He had the nerve to say out of his mouth, "Ma'am, we wanted to do our best to save you money and get your back to you as soon as possible." What??!! I am no dummy. I know what primed means. I know that many exterior car part replacements come primed, which is why I texted Juan while they still had my car to request a quote to replace my passenger-side mirror and SPECIFICALLY asked for a bottom line that includes the cost to paint it which, by the way, was a ridiculous amount! He actually tried to tell me it was that expensive because they have to 'program' it. Goodbye! What hurts even more is that I truly believe I was treated differently -- and unfairly -- because I came in alone as a woman. My car sounded like a bucket every time I hit any pot whole it sounded as though the whole right wheel was coming off. So they said oh it's just a sway bar link. So I purchased the Sway bar links, and they said well you may as well replace them both so I did. When I drove away, now both front tires were doing it. The owner rode with me, and said oh it's just that you must replace the Struts. To the tune of about $800 just for part. I drive a 2014 E350. I drove away so mad I could chew nails. The parts store recommended somewhere else. All tune would not even ask if they could correct it. They put the newest most green tech on my car who had an issue removing the front tire. They invited me come back and work on my car again. I went to another repair shop. He found that they intentionally left the pars disconnected so I would get more work done by their incompetent shop. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WORTHLESS THEY WILL TRY TO DRAIN YOU FOR EVERY CENT YOU HAVE. YOU WILL NOT NEED THE PARTS THAT THEY WILL RECOMMEND. IT COST ME $ 55 to have the parts tightened, that they were trying to use to soak me out of more money.
