Worst possible experience. At the Leesburg bikefest the guy makes me wait 3.5 hours for some basic work, then tells me not only has mine not been started, but he rushed other jobs ahead, and he refuses to do part of it since he doesn't have time, then he calls the police because I very calmly and very politely demand what I PREPAID $933 for. The police quickly realize it was a non-issue and they refunded my $933. Of course, the 4 hours wasted at that point couldn't be refunded. There is a name for fellas that behave that way. Not sure what the last guy was talking about, but these are the nicest most generous people in the area. They have always been so helpful to me, and have bailed me out when I needed it the most. I park my limousine here, Ken the owner has been so generous in letting me use tools etc. Jaimee in the office is just so nice and warm like a mother. This is what being local is all about, I'm new to the area and they have made me feel right at home. read more
