I had earlier consulted another private health insurance broker, but that experience was less-than-professional, and I was recommended a number of plans that I did not recognize as what I was accustom to seeing in a medical policy. I worked with Mark to find Health Insurance when my COBRA benefits expired. It was an fantastic experience. I initially was going to enroll in an ACA plan because of the poor experience I had with other agencies promising something and delivering something very different. Mark is very knowledgeable, but what sold me on Mark was his "let's get this resolved" urgency, his follow-up, and his contacts within the Medical Insurance underwriters.
