We needed an 8' high privacy fence installation…read morespanning over 525 linear feet, to afford us with privacy to "definitively separate" ourselves from those who we quickly learned, were "not so neighborly", next door neighbors. However, we DID also want a very pleasing, attractive, clean look with our fencing. We had only recently relocated to this area and we had lovely, landscaped property with a beautiful 2.5 acre pond on our front yard. And... of course, being new to the area, we also wanted the approval of the other numerous, VERY NICE, friendly neighbors we had already met. We definitely knew we wanted "visual aesthetic attractiveness" with quality. Undeniably... Warner Robins Fence Company was the RIGHT CHOICE for our fencing needs. From our verrrrrry first meet-n-greet with Matt, to receive an estimate, Matt's knowledge base and confidence in the quality his work and the integrity of his character impressed us. Add to that, Matt's professional, polite manner... it clinched our decision "to look no further". (Oh yes, FYI... We had also recently had another "supposedly reputable" fence company, from the same area as Matt, to install black, vinyl coated, chain-link fence in our rear yard. The double gate was difficult to close since it was not hung properly; the side access gate didn't operate/close properly; the crew left pieces of wire debris behind on the ground to injure our canine companion's paws; the crew was never on time when scheduled to arrive; very difficult to contact their office on the phone - always necessary to leave MULTIPLE messages in hopes of a return call; LOTSSSSS of excuses... so much difficulty for fence installation to a much smaller coverage area of our property. After THAT installation, we were certain we would definitely NOT use that previous company for ANY additional work.) Not only was Warner Robins Fence Company on target for the stated date to begin installation, but they were also well within their estimated date for completion of the project! Courteous, dependable, HONEST, professional, confident, meticulous with attention to detail of installation... there are just too many other descriptive words which describe Matt and his crew... far too many to list. Called for quotes from three fence companies in the Mid-Georgia area; Tripp was the only one that…read morecalled back, and he called within an hour of me contacting him through his web site. Having only the one quote, I still knew it was well within the correct price range based on some feedback from others so we scheduled a date. A couple weather incidents kept the crew from getting to us when they originally thought they would (12 days), but it was less than three weeks from quote to build. We had a 4ft fence to demo and about 150ft of 6 foot going up with a 10ft double gate entry. The original fence was off the property line by quite a bit so the crew showed and made triple sure to find the property line so as not to cause problems down the road. After demo'ing the old fence and finding the property pins and marking off the line, they went straight to work setting posts. The work was fast and furious and after checking it with an eyeball down the row of posts, it's one of the straightest fences I've seen. Once the posts were up, the rest was easy for this crew and it looked like they'd all done it for years. All the pickets are tight to one another, level, and all the wood used was top quality. The double gate is going to be a big improvement over the old, busted and broken down gate and since they used a really nice gate frame, with some 2x4 reinforcement, I foresee these doors, and the fence in general, lasting a while. Everyone from Tripp on down was courteous and professional and very helpful when a question arose from a neighbor. We called and left a message for Tripp about this question and he called back within minutes. Not only did he assure us we were OK over the concern of the neighbor, he flat out guaranteed that he and his crew did everything by the book and local laws and would stand behind the work and placement of the fence as long as it stood. I would absolutely call Central Georgia Fence if we decide to have the fence on the other side of our property replaced. I know it will get done with quality material and correctly. I have been given one excuse after another for no work being done and Mr Hall will no longer return my calls or texts.
