Hard to find unless you know where it is. The whole staff is really nice, easy to work with. Good quality work, there's always those random "oops" pieces though. Here's the fat: They do have some pre-made templates there or if you've got the program(I used Corel) bring in your .cdr, .eps, .ai or other vector format. Anytime I've given them a .cdr they've always been able to get it on the medium in a timely manner. The one minor thing about Custom Imprint is that it is HARD to find unless you know where it is. Took me a few trips up and down the street to find it. It's behind the building with all the satellite dishes(radio station??). My experience with the staff at C.I. has always been positive. John Immordino is a nice guy, always trying to help you out, even waiting for you if you're running late on a pick up. Crystal, the receptionist is on point when it comes to getting your bill in order and is always in a friendly mood whether on the phone or in person. The quality of their work is impeccable too, there's only been a few times when something hasn't been right. If it was not right they'd fix it ASAP. I don't think they ever made an "excuse" to why something was messed up, they just accepted the responsibility and made it right for us. BIG PROPS FOR THAT!!! If there's ever a reason for me to get more silk screening done or embroidering (they do that too) I'm going to be going back to Custom Imprint. She grabbed several for me to try and she was patients with me, while I tried them on and asked for her opinion. Once I decided on the brand she offered to order then correct sizes that I need they weren't in stock. Before I made the purchase, though, Jackie out my items on hold because I wanted to check out another scrub store. Only because ATW doesn't allow returns. I went an checked out the other store, but they had less of a selection, but more importantly they were not as friendly as Jackie at ATW. I came back the same day and Jackie was once again super friendly, professional, and patient. She had more customers this time, too. I ended up trying on a less expensive brand, Cherokee, because the Jaanuu that I had left on hold. I ended up going with Cherokee because I could get a three sets for the less than what I was going to pay for two sets of Jannuu. Jackie placed the order for the threee shirts and three pants in my correct sizes. They should arrive in 7-10 business days, which not a long time to wait. Anyway, the store was a great find, recommend by a friend that is a nurse, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.
