This man it seems has never been a painter. I found out that he came into some money and bought out a retiring painter. Now he goes around and does a very bad job. By the next year after he painted my house I had to have it fixed and redone by a real painter, cost me double to have it fixed. stay away from this guy. And by the way I have never seen anyone treat their employees as badly as he did. Called them names and degraded them the whole time. And they probably new more about painting than he did. read more

(Frankly, getting a call back from any handyman/contractor is 1/2 the battle) I needed part of an old bay window replaced. His insights proved he knew what he was doing. He asked me if I wanted to get the supplies or if I wanted him to do that. And then he share details about the options, and let me decide. Yes! Include me in the decision, not just decided for me. He was timely in doing the repair, showed up when he said he would be there. It took longer than he planned but no extra charge. He also noticed and took care of little extras, no charge. He just likes to do a good job. Reasonable prices, excellent craftsmanship, integrity and a "can-do" attitude. Just what I needed! I have already hired him on for two other projects.

After having ample photos and information on the items they would be moving, they decided it was too much work. We even offered them multiple days to complete the work (when we had previously agreed they would complete the job in one day), and they still got into their trucks and left, claiming it was their choice to leave even when we had paid them and they had given us their word. Jensen Home Inspection

Jeremy is an absolute genius in his business. As a contractor I worked with realtors and…read moreinspectors' reports in the past and a lot of them were rudimentary at best. When I started looking for a house, a quality home inspector was high on my list of crucial partnerships. Suffice it to say that I was not disappointed with Jeremy. In fact, I was overwhelmingly positively impressed! I ended up having him do inspections of a few houses before I bought mine and Jeremy's reports were fantastic. He was amazingly thorough and I had total confidence in each report and that I was able to make an informed purchasing decision. Now that I have a house, it also helped me prioritize repairs and upgrades. I was fortunate enough to get a turnkey house but knowing about outlets that were wired backwards and other odds and ends of things allowed me to spend a bit of time early on making sure that the house is safe and secure. I'll add that Jeremy's reports are top notch. He even found spots where the roofers used the wrong nails and called those out for me. I honestly don't think that if I spent a day crawling around every inch of the place that I could find a single thing he missed. Radon levels in the basement are a little above norm but not outrageously so and that gives me peace of mind as well. With Jeremy's report in hand, we were able to prioritize and asked the seller to fix the major issues knowing that we'd need to pick up the minor issues ourselves. I've recommended Jeremy to my son and his wife as their go-to inspector as they're looking for their first house. That's the level of confidence I place in Jeremy's work and I have equal confidence that you'll be pleased with your partnership with him as well.
