Great, speedy response. A gentleman from the company came out, took a look at the trouble areas and we talked about repairing/replacing the flashing around the skylights as they weren't properly done when skylights were replaced by another company. We also discussed cleaning of skylights and possibly the roof as well. I went back inside while he went to "write up the estimate(s)", thinking he would come back inside when done. After a short while, I went out to see if he was still here. Nope! He was gone. I then looked to see if he left estimate somewhere outside or in mailbox. Nope! Again, nothing. Forward to a couple days later, thinking maybe the estimate was emailed to me; checked both inbox and "spam" ... third Nope! On January 26, I texted Travis (a VP of company) asking about this. No reply from him either. Tried emailing them directly but that is not an option as it always "there was an error...". If they didn't want the job, it would have been nice to know, no harm, no foul. What upsets me the most is they were highly recommended by a good friend. Guess I expected a more professional way of doing business.

We cross-checked our three possibles through various online resources and invited each to look at the job and provide an estimate. The bid we received from Mr. Zach Salo, Owner of Z & S Structures and Landscaping, won on BOTH "time to job completion" and "estimated total cost". Mr. Salo was also the most thorough of the contractors who bid, taking complete measurements and asking specific questions about the materials we wanted used and things like height & spacing changes from the old to the new fence. We agreed on a date and price and anxiously waited to see how it would go. Well, we are SUPER pleased with the outcome (check out these before and after pics)!!! Mr. Salo arrived right on schedule, verified the new materials with us, then started removing our old, broken-down fence. He finished that in short order and started setting post holes (with solid concrete footings the old fence never had), building the support line and spacing the rails as we requested. The new fence turned out EXACTLY like we wanted, and Z & S Structures and Landscaping brought the job in ON-TIME and WITHIN BUDGET! Zach was gracious and professional throughout, and when the job was completed, every scrap of the old, rain-rotted fence left on his trailer, leaving only the beautiful new fence to be enjoyed (the neighbors are pretty happy, too!). I called BRD roofing in a state of semi-panic when we sprung a leak and another roofing company quoted me a devastating amount of money to fix it. Dale called me first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning, Dale arrived at my house. He was warm, kind and approachable. He listened to what I had to say about what we needed and realizing I was on my way to work he did the evaluation and left me a handwritten note with his thoughts on the next steps. He also patched a problem area in an attempt to fix it since he was "already up there" and wanted to do what he could. I was blown away (insert WHOOSH sound) by his attention to customer satisfaction and honesty. I am not yet sure if the patch worked (will find out later today) but any work that I need done to fix the problem long-term will be promptly directed to BRD first. Dale was an absolute rock star and was a treat to meet. While I hope I don't need a new roof, I welcome the opportunity to interact with Dale again.

Their…read moregeneral manager Boston inspected and said it may potentially be a leak and pointed out several other new build issues and I signed a roof replacement for a roof that was only 6 years old for a deposit of $8502. I changed my mind shortly after to postpone a replacement because the most problematic area is likely due to condensation from the heat emitting from the blue tube (electronics room) and advised Boston of the cancellation. As I referred several homes that led to a sale for them, they communicated a full refund will be done. Their operations manager Francisco was also very helpful and said he would be able to cancel the material order for minimal cost that they would honor. I waited 6+ weeks for the refund check, first it got lost in mailing according to them, then their repairman quit and was unable to drop it off, then their Sales Director Ben phoned saying he would take over the processing of the check and someone would drop the check off. The following week essentially everyone at the company ghosted me after I offered to pick up the check and Ben replied by email they would only refund $6084 even though he just said someone was suppose to drop off the refund a week ago. This was extremely disappointing as I advocated and referred many people to them as Boston and Francisco were really honest and easy to work with. However they stringed me along, mislead me on two separate refund checks that were on the way just to be backpedalled 6 weeks later in a unprofessional way. I am now awaiting their official reply on how they will continue with the refund and likely will take this to small claims court as at this point I have no trust/faith in anything they communicate. My complaint is on how they managed this situation and utter lack of respect of their customers time and dishonest communication. Luckily I'm in tech and not in a rush to get back $8502 right away but if this would impact you, don't expect prompt follow ups for refunds. This review is not for the hard working contractors who actually know their trade and do high quality work here, I was looking forward to a future roof replacement done with best practices but I don't do business with dishonest people/management. I'd recommend proceeding with caution.

We've managed to do good things to the interior. But our siding was bad, the fence and decks were rotting, and the gutters were useless. After all these years, we were able to take it all on. I got a few quotes for this and that... and then my husband said "We need to find someone who can do it all." In comes 4 Seasons Exteriors. These guys really could do it all. And while I was anxious and worried about the scope of work, they always responded "This is no problem." They would work from morning to night on some days. They made quick work of it all... but never skimped or took shortcuts. I watched as Leon took pride in the work he did building the decks and replacing the siding. He even showed me how the the decks were built incorrectly before, causing damage to our home, and explained what needed to be done for long-lasting construction going forward. Carlos helped me decide how to pick the trim design for the bay window after they painted the entire house within the few hours I was away at work. I blinked and the gutters were up and looked stunning. The owner Benjamín and general manager Joshua were always checking in and getting involved too. They researched and found that Trex was actually within my budget due to the skyrocketing lumber prices. And they found a paint that looks luxurious and feels like it's protecting my siding for many years to come. To top it off, 4 Seasons Exteriors was budget friendly. Because of that, I was able to request they trim the windows to give the home even more pizzazz. And it really made this house pop. So I highly recommend these guys for your home exterior needs. He brought me samples to choose from after researching very quickly what was available locally d/t covid supply chain issues. He and his team showed up on time, worked professionally, answered all my questions and did a fabulous job cleaning up. My roof looks amazing and I'm so pleased. Additionally Alex and Carlos were able to diagnose and fix a leaking roof issue on my house when the big roofing companies just shook their shoulders and figured it would be fixed when the house roof was replaced. While on my house roof, Carlos noticed that the vent cap to a bathroom was askew (allowing water to enter), the flashing around my power pole wasn't adequate, and that two ridge shingles were missing. He took care of all of it at no additional charge and he cleaned my skylights too! To be honest I was blown away because the big roofing companies didn't notice the small issues.
