Less than 1 yr later, after extremely light and seldom use it looks hideous, and is now unusable, without the repeated expense of reupholstering it again. I travel the majority of the time and am rarely home. On top of that, it is myself alone, and I barely weigh 100 lbs, so use would be considered by anyone to be about as minimal as you can get. ... Kamal and son not only refused to stand by their own defective fabric, but were needlessly rude and condescending about it. I would go out of my way to deter anyone from doing business with them. ... Be advised that they are overly friendly and personable to obtain your business, but just the opposite when it comes time to standing by what they sell. I have told everyone I know about this place (well, girls, anyway) because of my fantastic…read moreexperience. I needed a new wedding band bc I did not do a great job picking out my first one. Tiny diamonds means tiny prongs that will ruin your life and snag everything they come into contact with. So I did significant research and visited every jewelry store in town. Herteen has a jeweler they work with in new York that will literally make anything you want at a great price. Long story short, I got what I wanted for about $1000 to $1500 less (50%) than the other stores I visited. They do great work, and get it done quickly. My band took 3 weeks (other stores quoted me 6 to 8 for custom work). Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, and Kristin was really responsive via email. They unsoldered my current band, resized and re-rhodium plated my engagement band, tightened my prongs, and soldered my new band on for no additional fee. Love this place! They have a surprising selection of bands and engagement rings for the size of their store, also. And they carry a lot of Gabriel & co., which is pretty nice stuff.

This business is one of the worst I have ever encountered!…read more We were new in the area and didn't know any better. In the past, we had taken a lawn mower for a new carborator, only to have them install it upside down. Later, we had them work on a snow blower, We didn't see it for a couple of weeks after it was delivered to the wrong address, although owner was sure he delivered to our house. It was several houses away, and finally the person living in that house called the police to report it, and we finally got it back. It's a small circle drive, shouldn't be that difficult to find our house where they picked it up!! (They delivered it to house #103 instead of "123" We didn't take any business to them for many many years until recently, we purchased a new Troy Bilt mower from a different store. A a couple of months after purchase, the mower threw a belt and we were told that Wade's was the only place that did their warranty work was Wades or a a city aproximately 50 miles away. We decided to give them another try.... Big MISTAKE! They were nasty on the phone and told us they were too busy and "their customers came first"! We called Troy Bilt, after which we received a message from Wade's they would come pick it up. After a week or so, they brought it back and left it in the driveway parked partially in front of our garage door, if it had been 15 minutes earlier, my daughtter would have backed into it when she backed out of the garage!! My husband was told it would be delivered in the evening, and they came around noon, not bothering to ring our doorbell to let us know it was sitting outside for us to run over!! Then they billed us almost $50 to pick up and deliver even though they are only approximately 6 miles away from our house. In short, this business is run by HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND RUDE OWNERS!!
