We called Foundation Recovery and luckily were put in contact with Michael Drebes who took care of us with a complete waterproof System. We had Ricky and crew working on the system install and they did a fantastic job of getting it done. We have had FRS completely 2 major projects for us this past year and have been happy with both…read moreprojects. While nothing about French drains or foundation repair is fun, exciting or cheap; we knew we had to get some of this work done to our home due to some minor flooding/cracks in the foundation. After doing some research and asking for bids, we decided to work with FRS since we knew they would do a thorough job and offer a nice warranty for their work. Not to mention how everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly and they explained lots of things to us in ways that we could understand. When you are going to spend $$$ on something as massive as a french drain and foundation repair, you really want to make sure you have some of the best people to work with and FRS was it for us. Earlier this week, we had Dylan and Sam out at the house so they could work on the side to help us with drainage and repairing the foundation. I really have no idea how this is done, but they managed to do it in just under 3 days and took great care of the yard and our neighbors yard while they were working so they did not make a mess or damage anything. Knowing that these giant house repairs have been completed, I know that our house will be taken care of we won't be experiencing any more damage. I know they will come out again in the future to just check in to make sure everything is still working correctly and I feel secure knowing they will take care of anything thanks to the warranty they offer on their work.

Womack6 Engineering put a new rubber roof on a small commercial building for me. I live out of…read morestate. The couple of pictures provided after the roof install looked okay A few months later a part of the flashing blew off due to not being properly installed. They fix it. About a year after later the roof started to leak. As Womack gave a 5 year warranty on the labor, I called them back. I was sent a picture of pipe boot and was told they had replaced it. Almost 2 years to the date of the new roof installation, I get another call from the tenant for the roof leaking again in the same place. I called Mr. Womack again and he said he would be out to fix it that afternoon. He did not show. I called back several times and he would not answer the phone. I had to travel to the building and found that instead of installing the new flashing I had paid for, Womack had reused the old flashing which had been bent in numerous places when it was taken off the old roof, plus their were gaps in the flashing which will cause rot to the wood underneath. The picture of the pipe boot was a fraud, as there are no pipes ventilated that way on the roof. He had placed a little bit of caulk over a crack instead of properly sealing the crack, which leaked again. The rubber roofing itself was buckled in numerous places. Also, to save on the rubber roof material, numerous small pieces had been patched together rather than using one continuous piece of rubber. I was really ripped off. The value of the flashing was stolen from me. I got a really inferior job and the 5 year labor warranty was not honored.

I acquired quotes from three other contractors and while slightly higher than a couple, now that the project is complete, I can say it was worth every penny. Our project was a little odd and presented challenges but Jeff more than accommodated my vision and made very welcome suggestions. You will not regret doing business with them.
