While it looked good, water from shower had cause some discoloration (water damage) to the wood. The whole panel had to be pulled out and replaced with tile. I found Sam through Yelp and he came by and gave a very fair estimate. It was within my budget and I accepted the bid. He gave me a list of things he would need to complete the job. I went over the home depot and lowes and picked up the stuff in advance of his work. Work started on a Thursday morning. Sam and his wife came with their tools and started working. They were meticulous in their work and even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I was not living there at the time so they could have left the place a mess had they chose to. I left them a copy of the keys so they could complete the work. I would come by to check on the work in the evening and the place was not messy at all. The work took a little over a week but much of that was due to waiting for the tile to come in (It was on special order). In the end, it was a job well done. Very happy with the job and it was tougher than I had expected. Sam even did some touch up painting to areas that were nicked from the removal of the toilet. Highly recommended for your tile work.
