Awful! Terrible job. Carpets soaked in most areas. Completely dry in a couple of spots. Brown…read morestains after dried. Was very rude when contacted. Got mad at me for sending a message with the photos instead of calling. Said he works hard and he doesnt appreciate me sending a text. He replied and said to call so i did. He asked me to tell him why I was upset but cut me off half way through. Between the awful job that was done and the way he treated me, i refused his offer to do it again. I would gladly pay another 300 to not have to deal with his attitude. I want someone that isnt go8ng to blame the customer when something doesnt go right. Sometimes things dont go as planned. Just make it right. Dont get pissed at your customer for bringing it to your attention and giving you the chance to make it right. That's just bad business.
