Called a second time requesting he add more window blinds that I had purchased, to install deadbolts on three exterior doors and replace all the interior door knobs I purchased. We negotiated a price, which he increased due to the work involved and I agreed to the new price. I paid in cash, but he didn't finish the work. He returned to complete the project, but left after an hour, as he didn't finish a deadbolt installation and installed the second dead bolt and door handles, then left early because a tornado warning was issued that afternoon and evening. Kris said he'd return to finish the job Saturday or Sunday, but didn't. So, Kris walked off with my money and left without finishing the work he was paid to do. He offered to return the following weekend. I text: Will you be able to finish the work? No reply ... and the blinds, the deadbolt nor the door knobs are still sitting on my table. He took my cash, said he'd be back - and didn't. A hard lesson. Do not to trust this guy! He'll take your money and leave his work unfinished.

His estimate was more than fair, and he transformed my front yard completely. Cut down a large limb from my 75 yr old tree that was over to my roof, removed all debris from yard, put down weed barrier on my flower beds, brought in dirt to level my yard, then reseeded the yard, and secured it with straw. He placed an enormous amount of black mulch over all my existing trees and flower beds. I can honestly say, it looks so beautiful now, and my grass hasn't even started to grow yet. He took the time to hook up my hoses, and give me directions on when and how long to turn them on. He is an amazing young man who I will recommend to anyone. Took him 3 days from start to finish.
