We use Custom Clips mobile grooming to maintain our four cats. It's a little pricier than taking the cats to a groomer, but we think it's totally worth it. The team comes to our house in an air conditioned grooming van. Our cats, who can sometimes get stressed out being taken to a groomer, experience less stress this way. We bring them one at a time to the van to get their baths, haircuts, and claws trimmed. Samantha, Cindy, and the rest of the team do such a great job. We've been loyal clients since 2023 and always appreciated Nikki's (groomer) care. Unfortunately, our recent visit with a different groomer was unacceptable. She's groomed our dogs twice and the previous time and this most recent time we're not very pleasant. She ignored our request not to shave our dogs down. Our pups came home with razor burn and both were visibly uncomfortable. When we called to share concern, the owner hung up on us. No apology. No accountability. As someone who works in government and serves the community, I was shocked by the defensiveness and lack of care. If you've been offering services in this valley and community, and choose to dismiss a client's concerns simply because the service was technically rendered -- even when it wasn't done as requested and caused harm -- that's a serious issue. As a business owner, that kind of defensiveness instead of care, empathy, and accountability should never be the standard. Pet parents and our fur babies deserve better. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS. Today we had our dogs groomed, both small dogs. I asked the groomers to not shave them down to the skin, and mentioned to keep their fur at a reasonable length. Not twenty minutes later, they returned, with the dogs shaved down to the skin. One of our dogs was bleeding from 5 different razor burns. I then called the business number when I returned from work, and the lady who identified herself as the owner, responded to my complaint, with "I don't need to deal with complaints today", and promptly hung up on me. Its going on 3 weeks now that I have had to stay and watch my dog 24 hours due to this horrific injury. When I picked him up from them the day it happend I was told it was a small cut and they had wrapped it up. When I unwrapped it the next day I was horrified , went straight to the vet and was told the way it was wrapped was so tight if I didnt remove the wrapping it would have had to be amputated . Bad place , left after few months, verbally abusive people, and liars they told me I will get tips but never payed them to me or the other bathers. They only payed hourly wage and tell you to be happy. I was told on some paydays that my hours were wrong, and I was lying about days I worked, they will do anything not to pay you fair! The owners abused the animals and screamed at them all day, animals were crammed up in small cages most the time totally disgusting and they shouldn't even be open still. If you went against what the owners said they would just get rid of you! If you love your animals don't bring them here at all!!! Found this mobile groomer from a recommendation on my Nextdoor app. My Ragdoll cat had developed some mats on his belly that we couldn't remove. I've taken him to a cat groomer one other time and like most cats, he didn't enjoy the drive over. These ladies showed up on time with excellent communication and updates if when they would arrive. They did the cat first. I was surprised they removed all his knots without having to fully shave his belly. He looked awesome when done and it was so much easier just walking him to the curb to get this service here at the house. Got my doodle a bath and blow out and they trimmed her eyes too. The person who scheduled my appointment was nice and advised me to book early in the morning to minimize any potential stress to my cat as much as possible, which I appreciated. The groomer, Cindy, did a great job. I asked for a lion cut and full tail. The haircut itself was fine, but I wish they would have asked me first if I wanted whatever product that made him smell good. The smell made him unrecognizable to my other cat and she attacked him when I brought him home. We are still dealing with the issue almost a week later. Also, the front desk person said they would email my receipt, but I never received an email. I made sure to check my junk folder, but I never got it. Overall, good service and grooming. I would just ask for a printed receipt next time and request for no additional grooming products. read more

First time trying this place, they had been open for 10+ years with most reviews being about dogs but I wanted to come in for my cat. She's an old baby, 16, and she can be mean sometimes. I let them know that and she did her best to keep my kitty calm by talking to her. My cat swatted at her (i'm watching this happen) and she screams for someone to come and help her and "hold her head down so she doesn't bite." I said, well she usually doesn't bite and i've never seen her bite and I'm watching this happen and... she didn't try to bite you. She kept exclaiming that she did, then she grabbed her by the scruff and yanked her out of the carrier. It wasn't terrible but a little too aggressive for my liking. I called prior to ask how much a cat nail trim is, I was told $10. When they finished she said $15, I said I had called not even 10min prior and was told $10. She did change the price for me but it makes you think... Thanks but no thanks, I'll find a place that treats my old girl the same way I would. read more

I give them a 1 star because my experience of terrible customer service and of how shallow these people are. 1.Hanna was over 1hour late for my first appointment and gave no reason 2.Another time she changed my appointment the night before my appointment 3. She also did my brothers dog and she burned her fur In all these instances l was understanding and never gave her a fuss about it although it was inconvenient for me. My aunt died on the week she changed my appointment to. So l went out of town and came back on the Saturday (530am)when my dogs were to get groomed. We had a dog sitter& woke up when she got here and went to get them. She got mad after waiting almost a hour and left. We pulled in, she saw us and still left. We apologized a million times we don't usually have deaths less in the family so it was a special circumstance. We rescheduled and before my appointment Samantha calls us and tells us they want us to prepay. We usually pay after the grooming is completed. So she goes on to tell us because Hanna lost a lot of money and she could of filled it with someone else. And we told her it was a one time thing and explained what happened she said she's not willing to because money money money blah blah so we said ok we will just have a different person and she said you still need to put a deposit and we will see if someone is "willing" to groom. First of all l wasn't compensated when your groomer which happens to be the owners sister failed many times and was also over an hour late. And all they kept saying was about money and money money money. Ok so your shallow selfs want to get uptight when she still could of done the job but because she was upset and left she didnt. You lost money and l lost a loved one. Money can be replaced my lost one cannot. read more

She had a knot behind her ear I was especially upset about and called around to a few places who stated they had a "shave dog policy" for any knots. We've been going to this place for a couple years now. We ran into an incident where they forgot to clip my dogs nails, but they quickly fixed it by having my dog get brought in to get his nails clipped and we got a complimentary bath. We gave them another chance, but it was a mistake. We took him to get a bath last week and noticed his ears weren't clean once we came home. I told one of the employees, Samantha, about it, but she said it's just how their ear cleaner works, they use an oil where it dissolved any wax in the ear canal and when they shake their head, it brings it up. She then said "meaning anything your seeing means the ear solution is doing its job." A week later and my dogs ears are red and infected. He lives in the house, so he couldn't have gotten it from being outside. That will be the last time we go to this place. read more
