Awful auto parts store. This place is so lousy- I can't believe that they are still in business…read more The store is dirty, and not well lit. The staff that they have here is completely inept. When I went, there was a long line of frustrated customers who just wanted to get their stuff and get out of there. The clerks were all on the phone, stumbling with their computer systems, looking for parts in the system. I think someone was looking for blinker fluid, and they were having a hard time finding it. They were out of a lot of supplies, and what they had looked to be rather shopworn. Many of the inventory items look like they had been opened, used, or someone tried to install them, it didn't fit, then put back in the box, taped up, and put back out to sell as new. When an item has been misfit, or someone attempts to make it fit, it often gets damaged, and won't work. Uggggghhhh!! When I went, the air conditioning wasn't functioning, and it was sweaty, smelly and hot in here. I am so fed up with this location, and promise that I won't return unless my car is on fire. Even then, the clerks would probably start searching for "water" on the computer system.

She had her guys take my truck to the back and look and make sure all the specs are right and make sure all the bolts on gooseneck hitch were tight .The chain hook ups were bent, and she help me out by replacing just the chain hook ups for the gooseneck hitch.
