Empty promises: The promise on the website of high quality is an empty promise. I bought approx 20 cameras so guests could take candids at our reception. Disappointed that only approx 10% of the pix actually turned out. The photo development expert I took them to had a frown on his face when I came to pick up the photos: "Where'd you get these cameras? The film is shoddy. See? ... [He pointed to evidence of bad film -- not just low quality -- but b-a-d.] As much as you may want fun cameras at your event, that's all you're getting: a "fun-looking" little novelty that looks cute on a table and that your guests may have fun with. However, don't count on your pix turning out. ALL the pix taken were in sunlight. Not inside photos. No night photos. No low-light photos. With 400 film, the photos should've all come out great. Not so. Was it mere coincidence that only 10% of photos from over 12 cameras failed to turn out? Was it just one or two bad cartridges of film? No.... Every camera had faulty film, according to my photo developing guy. Very disappointed. Wish I'd checked Yelp before I spend approx $100 on the cameras. :( read more

DO NOT BUY CAMERAS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The biggest problem is they claim to use highspeed film which is 400ISO or 800ISO or higher. But these cameras are loaded with Fuji 200iso which will make your pictures come out Dark, even with a flash if your in a large room. If your in a smaller room your images may come out ok or if your outside your pictures should be fine. Also the cameras are recycled so parts stop working before you finish your roll of film. For important indoor events go onlline and buy NEW kodak or Fuji cameras. They may not look as nice but in the end your get the best pictures. Your can search google for places to develop the film. There are some really good places such as the Darkroom which do an amazing job! read more

Total scam. I ordered 10 cameras from this company - one camera didn't develop, only about 15% of the photos came out at all and most of them had awful red light streaks on them. Every single one of these photos should have come out perfectly considering the environment that they were taken in (flash and all). Not only am I out of the money I spent on them, but I've lost the opportunity to capture the moments that they were meant to. The BBB should shut them down. read more

Their website states that the cameras have a 2 1/2 year life, but after getting them developed the quality was really bad, and there were streaks in my photos, then the lab tech told me that the film expired back in January 2015, which was like four months after I purchased these! I called and talked to the "Camera Lady" and she wanted me to send the photos to her so she can see them, but I told her she had expired film in her cameras, but she assured me that, that was impossible. I purchased several cameras for my June Anniversary party to put on the tables so the guests could take pictures. Out of the ten cameras I purchased, approximately half of a dozen pictures turned out. I sent an email to the company to express how upset I was over the pictures and the quality of the camera. I didn't even receive a reply - not a sorry, not here's a refund, not here's a discount on your next purchase (ha ha) - NOTHING! Buyer's beware. read more

My labels were printed differently than i expected from the pictures. They got them reprinted and to me within a day for my wedding. They are a little spacey on the phone but they eventually get it done! read more

We ordered the wedding water bottle labels. What a rip off! No adhesive on the labels, quality poor. I could have done a better job in Word using Clip Art! Really disappointed in the product. AND $13.95 to ship when first class mail would have cost $1.48. What a waste of $75.00! Save your money and your time. read more

Just received the custom wedding cameras for my daughter's wedding. 2 days from the wedding date! Not what I ordered. I ordered a more expensive camera with 27 exposures and received a cheap cameral with 24 exposures. I am embarrassed to even place these cameras out at our event. Have not used them yet, but from the sound of previous reviews, it's not too promising. Very very sad and disappointed. read more
