Scheduled everything online! Service tech came out when he said he would and knocked the job out in under a hour with no hassles or issues. Oh, and he didn't try and waste my time upselling me on stuff I didn't need (or in my case probably do need because this mower is old lol) - point being, he did the job I said I wanted without adding pressure to make me spend more money. Super easy going, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, and kind. I truly cannot recommend Chieftains enough. As a former business owner, I'm always critical of the customer service I receive because I know how important it was to me to give my clients the best experience, but it's getting harder to find companies or contractors that take pride in providing the customer with the best experience. Chieftains really took the time to make sure I was supported and satisfied with their work and my overall experience. I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.

A friends of mine recommended me this place to get it fixed. They did a pretty good job, but they weren't perfect. Getting a good mechanic is one of those relationships that are key to life. A good mechanic will save you thousands of dollars over the life of a car if you plan to keep it for a long time. DWCAR gave me a very upfront diagnosis (with pictures) and a fair price (not the cheapest but not outrageous either). They also provide a long warranty (I think three years), that you won't get with other shops. But they aren't perfect. While the amount of time they took to repair my car was acceptable, it is not quick. It seems like nothing with these guys can be finished in a day, even if it is minor repair. Where they also fall short is in the follow through. While they are good at taking a reservation, taking your car keys and and fixing your car, they didn't do a great job was keeping you informed when your car will be ready to go. They told me a time....but the reality is that they don't seem to know. They missed the timeframe a couple of times, and it was always me calling and asking. This isn't great if you have a busy schedule and have to uber to the location (as they don't provide loaners). I need to be able to trust their schedule. I think part of it is because of the amount of work they are taking on at the same time. The other thing is that they might not be investing in a person to do followup. If business is so good, why bother spending on that expense? At the end of the day, the repair seemed to be good, although I am experiencing a rattling sound from one of the repairs. I'm less concerned about the rattling that the time it will take for these guys to fix the problem (probably a loose exhaust clamp), since they seem so busy.
