They have fixed my families bikes, including my son's custom Ti bike adding a Rohloff bike shifting system, which carries a lifetime warranty. I have purchased several bikes from Ryan and Tim at the downtown store and they always take care of any needs I have for service or repair. My favorite purchase has been the Cervelo Aspero gravel bike, which I rode with my son from Seattle to Chicago two summers ago. I brought my bicycle in for an adjustment to the front derailleur and was hoping to wait or at least come pick the bike up in a few days. I was told it would be 2 and a half weeks to have them tell me what was wrong with it and more to repair it. The last time I brought my bicycle in they did excellent work and I (though a bit surprised) paid almost $500 for the work. This time they said it will be "about that much again". I understand that they have a huge and well appointed shop to pay for but I think this time around it was much too expensive.
