I was told my coach would look "showroom" when they were finished. A crew of three guys showed up. They were very nice. But it ended there. We left for a little while. When we returned, they had finished our motorhome and we're washing the 5th wheel. Our motorhome looked terrible. Water spots everywhere. Streaks and a film all over our coach. I don't know what they used, but it left a terrible film all over it. After spending $4500 for a ceramic coating and paint correction, I told them I didn't want to see any water spots. They assured me there wouldn't be any. I've spent the last two hours trying to wipe off the water spots and film to no avail. The upper part of our coach is still dirty and full of water spots. So, don't waste your money with this business. Now, we'll need to pay a detailer a lot of money to fix what they screwed up.

You can get the rest of the 30 days for free with no commitment to a membership. So I asked him TWO clarifying questions, first being, so after the 30 days, it won't auto renew and charge my card ? To which he replied "no, it won't". My second question just to double verify was, if I come back through in the next 30 days does that trigger the membership to auto renew? Which he said no it won't, you have to go on make your account, and THEN set up your membership to auto renewal if you want to do that. Seems pretty clear to me... Except to my surprise 30 days later, my membership auto renewed And when I called tidal wave about it and mentioned this whole interaction, they told me "sorry we don't refund for non-usage of a membership" well if I had known I had a membership I would've used it... After deciding on the basic wash, and inserting my card into his had reader, he says, "You missed the most important part, being able to read". Guy was very condescending. I should have went with my gut and left after the first remark. There are plenty of car wash options in Rapid City...personally, I'll go somewhere else next time. Not sure why you have a touch screen and card reader at the entrance if you're not allowed to use it.

This area is the place to get fuel for your thirsty vehicle. There are other stations, but this Mobil is the only one I've found that's pretty reasonable when it comes to the pricing of their petrol. The extra mile drive from my residence is worth it. The store is quite high on the cleanliness scale for those that are concerned, and they carry your standard fair. All the road snacks and drinks you know so well are here to help fuel you through your road trip once you've finished topping off your tank. Attached to this station and convenience store is a car wash, and a repair shop. Making this business a viable one stop shop. If you're local and you need moderately priced solid fuel this is your place, and if you're from out of town drive the extra mile. You'll end up saving a pretty penny, and you'll thank yourself in the end.
