I've since created HAMILTON AND SONS TREE CARE while we're in the wake of this court battle. Before starting with me Sean didn't know how to cut trees, and since we've been split and I started a court case, Sean has almost taken out a roof in the mountains after burning his ground guys hands with the rope after mis- informing them how many rope wraps should be around the lowering device to reduce the weight of the limb during the Helene aftermath here in North Carolina. I always paid promptly, and I thought Sarah and I were becoming friends through all of our conversations. This was ongoing for over a year. Then they stopped returning my calls and texts about future projects and landscape work. Total silence from them. I am very disappointed, I was happy with their work, and don't know why they completely stopped responding to me. And between all of my projects and plantings, paid them thousands over the year.
