I also travel a lot for work, which means I sometimes go weeks without showing up. Unlike other gyms, the trainers never make me feel bad about missing. Instead they make me feel welcome and encourage me to work as hard as I can to make up for my missed sessions. If you are new to working out, they will demonstrate the exercise and give a modification if needed. During the workout the trainers will continue to push you, without change there is no growth! There are monthly check-ins to measure weightloss, BMI and take pictures (if you wish to do so). They are there to help each your goals. You have the option to signup for emails and I highly recommend you do so. The information is geared so you are successful. Whether it is about calories or protein, staying hydrated or just personal growth (your mindset), it's all beneficial. Lastly, they also offer meal planning/ macro breakdown to those at a plateau. I started going to this Perfect Workout Location pretty soon after it opened, and I have really…read moreenjoyed it from the standpoint of convenience and effectiveness. I used to go to a regular gym and workout on the Nautilus machines, but what I really lacked was the time that seemed to be required, and my interest fell off after years of being a bit of a "gym rat". Well, two knee replacements and 5 years later, I was experiencing a serious bout of out-of-shape-ness and was also suffering from a lack of energy and my metabolism had really fallen off from losing muscle over the years. At age 58, I was not ready to let myself go, but was not wanting to go back to the gym and do things on my own. I responded to a mailer about the Perfect Workout and signed up immediately, and wanted to commit myself to 6 months and see what happens. I KNEW I could do anything for 20 minutes, and once you get going, and don't spend too much time talking to the friendly trainers, then you can do it in 20 minutes, but your time is actually 30 minutes, so you are not really rushed at any time. The trainers there have all been great, and I've had to get to know at least 5 of them in the past year and a half as they come and go, but each time I have felt that they are ALL good and all pretty professional and seem to know the Perfect Workout technique more than adequately. And they are also there for you with lots of encouragement and also nutritional coaching if you would like. I gave this rating 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the studio itself is not what one might think of as a state-of-the-art facility right now. It is in an office park, but the machines are all clean and well maintained, as is the space. The air is always clean and fresh (thank goodness!) and again, I stress that the trainers there really make the most of the set up and the routine, and they are very organized about scheduling and following up with you. And also very reasonable and flexible when you need to adjust your appointment time. I've been going there for 20 months now and I have been very happy with the results. I have met my goals, and now am just going to maintain my muscle and fight middle age, all in 20 minutes twice a week. It's in a part of town with lots around, so I always get errands done while I'm over that way, because you don't have to dress in "gym clothes" to do this workout. Just sensible, comfortable clothes. What a godsend!! My energy is great now, and I went down two sized and lost about 20 pounds in these 20 months. (I also got REALLY careful about my eating, I have to be honest!!)

They have a couple of options you can sign up for, such as just paying monthly or becoming a Black card membership where you can enjoy many perks and benefits such as visiting any Planet Fitness located in the States. You can also bring in a guest free daily and have access to the massage chairs, hydro massage, and tanning. They also have 50% off on selected drinks such as energy drinks and electrolytes. To obtain a membership, it is easy to sign up online on their website and download the Planet Fitness app. With the app, you have access to check in with your smartphone and track your workouts. Inside the gym, they have lockers available with men and women's restrooms with showers and soap provided. There is a lot of cardio equipment here as well as free weights and workout machines. They also have a 30-minute full body workout center here as well with instructions to perform the task. Overall, this location is brand new with new equipment. The staff does a great job keeping this place clean and provides top-notch service. There are many disposable napkins with sanitizer spray located throughout the gym. They are open 24 hours a day, providing service 7 days a week for your flexibility and scheduling in your busy life to never have an excuse to get a workout in.
