Located on the second floor of an older building with a bunch of other practices, the signs were clear to navigate to the entrance. My ENT doctor is in this building, too. I had an appointment at 10:15 AM, I filled out paperwork after I arrived, and I was called in within 15 minutes. The front desk was friendly, patient, professional, and helpful. The quality of care was excellent. The doctor was attentive, listened to my needs, and made pertinent recommendations and offered a referral and the opportunity to follow up. She was competent, confident, and knowledgeable, and cared for my needs without rushing in and out. I would recommend this office! As for the one negative Yelp review from the they/them who was clearly overreacting, it's obvious their concerns are a bit ridiculous, they have two reviews, no photo, and no credibility on Yelp. How is a renovation a bad thing? The idea is to improve the look and feel. A child crying is not something a doctor's office can control. Nor can they control the space they rent from the building owner. She wants a higher quality paper gown? Gimme a break.
