They have all of the namebrand items you would expect in a convenience store and a fantastic soda fountain. I've never had a weak soda out of the fountain like you finding so many other gas stations. They also make fried chicken which looks pretty good. I've never actually had it but one of these days I definitely will. I typically just get gas here and check on my emails while in the parking lot. The store is located just down the road from the Atauco particleboard plant and the Domtar Paper Mill.

Shelves were fully stocked and neatly organized, restrooms were clean, and the overall layout made it easy to find exactly what you needed without feeling cramped or cluttered. What really caught me off guard was spotting Ollipop on the shelves -- not something you usually see at a roadside stop! That attention to product variety and presentation says a lot about the management and their commitment to quality. At the counter, two ladies were working the registers and keeping the line moving -- and yes, there was a line. They were efficient, friendly, and handled the morning rush like pros. As far as gas stations go, this one stands out for all the right reasons: clean, organized, and customer-focused. Interstate Shell is absolutely a keeper and a reminder that even a quick pit stop can leave a great impression when people take pride in what they do.

So I tried to get a $300 gift card to fill up my RV and my diesel truck. I was told I couldn't buy a gift card because there was no manager on site. On top of that we had pulled around to front of the store instead of being able to use the truck side with our RV with our enclosed trailer which is almost 70 feet long because the truck side diesel pumps did not work. The Clerk working the counter was very rude.

The best feature is the dog park behind the store, which was clean and a great place to let my puppy stretch his legs. The had a fire hydrant, lamp post and stump in the park. A local told me they were for the city dog, urban dog and the country dog respectively. The store itself was clean and had a good selection of road trip goodies. It doesn't look like much from the outside but for a stop along 74 I would highly recommend choosing this location.
