There was one massive catalogue but I'm sure nobody will spend time flicking through all of that and it's not the same as seeing the blind in real life. I liked their range as they had some blinds where you can twist a stick to open and others that are pulled. Customer service makes a big difference but it didn't here because there wasn't any! I was making lots of noise but nobody came. In fact the poster saying to do fitting gave me more information about the blinds than anything! The prices weren't advertised but that's probably good because blinds can be expensive.

The initial visit to show options and discuss pricing was very professional and as the price was competitive we ordered. All work was carried out to a high standard. The existing wooden floor was covered and the room portioned off to stop mess. The roof is a fantastic. We have noticed a huge difference in temperature and the plastered ceiling looks so much better. As with all building projects you get hickups. To my mind it is how issues are resolved that sets companies apart. Fox did everything we asked and more. Fully recommend Phil Hill

It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team. Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked. Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business. Do not give them a penny. Appalling.
