Possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a store! Extremely rude Manager ..I asked for her name, I think it was Ammonia? She gave me the wrong ink cartridge for my printer, didn't say sorry, her colleague Deborah said she did?! But I certainly didn't hear her say it! This Manager was always answering back.. terrible customer service from her and her colleague too!? Incredulous! Her colleague Deborah was not much better too kept raising her voice at me all the time..really both shouting at me, they were both very rude and very abrupt.. her colleague said the customer is not always right !??! .. and I replied the staff are not always right neither are they! As was in this case! She said I wasn't listening!? But I showed them both three times the ink cartridge printer number which was a Canon MG2550S and told them this a few times but I notice this Manager kept saying and replying back to me without the 'S' letter on the end! So they obviously weren't listening to me were they!? I took it in trust that it was the right one but it wasn't..the manager said that the number of the printer I gave her wasn't the one I gave her this morning!? It's the same number and letters I showed her this morning accept I wrote it on a bit of card before I showed her on my phone only on the card I wrote the serial number of my printer too. Was she saying I was a liar!? Which was not true...I will not shop at this store again and inform my friends, neighbours and relatives not to go to this store. She shouldn't be a manager!? I didn't even want to give one star here on Yelp reviews but '0'! Is what they deserve! ..And they still wanted a pound extra from me for the replacement cartridge which she apparently said cost more?! The Manager and her colleague Deborah were both shouting at me especially this Deborah character which caused a lot of shaking of heads in the store from the customers.
