In reality they don't delivery anywhere except in the UK mainland and this is just a ploy to get better ratings online. Not a trustworthy business, stay well clear.

Whilst outside the 30 day right to refund and return stipulated under the 2015 Consumer Act this is well within the six month period in which it is the retailers responsibility, not the manufacturers, to either fix or replace the item. Gotchs failed to recognize this and told us we had to go to the manufacturer. This is very unhelpful and I'll-informed customer service. This really does need rectifying as Gotchs will lose customers.

Gotch's is an electrical store selling very much what you would expect in the likes of Curry's on Gowthorpe. Gotch's is a family run business that has built up a good reputation amongst the locals not only for its goods but also for it excellent sales and after sales service. The Interior is larger than you would think with a range of house hold appliances as well as ranges in TV's and music. In the past we have brought a freezer and a tumble dryer, and that's even after shopping around for prices. The prices are too similar to bother with the big companies and its nice to support a Selby business over the national stores.

Their products include washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, cookers, dishwashers and microwaves. They also offer a maintenance and repair service for most kitchen appliances, so they have in-depth knowledge about their products. They deliver free within Leeds and cheaply within the UK and their prices are very competitive.

Being a little local shop they also have to have reasonably competitive prices too, so even better - local, small and cheap! You can expect all kinds of standard white goods in here, washing machines, tumble dryers, dish washers, ovens, fridge freezers, gas and electrical cooker/hobs and more. As well as all those sorts of essential items they also stock a range of other handy electricals too. They had a range of heaters, at some really good prices, irons, kettles and many other similar items. I'm moving house pretty soon and having gone down the route of buying in super cheapo-break-in-six-months kitchen appliances I feel it might be time to try somewhere new for all those much needed things - I think I've found my place! As a brand new store everything is clean and bright. It is a fairly large store with plenty of catalogues to look through and stock checkers. Also so items are out on display in the store. I find Argos hard work for shopping if i'm honest, first you have to check your item is in stock, then join a queue to pay for your item, once you've paid for your item you then join another queue to collect it. This is hard work with small kids in tow. But as Argos sell just about everything and are reasonable priced I do use this store a fair bit.

They do a huge range of goods all under the one roof at fantastic and sometimes stupid prices. They do food, drink, toys, linen, toiletries, etc all at under average prices. They are the top notch best makes and not a cheap copy of the top makes which makes it even better. The only bugbear is the fact that the shop gets so busy and you end up having to queue for about 30 minutes but with the bargains you end up getting it is well worth it. The store is always nice and clean and well stocked - the stock changes every couple of days too which keeps the excitement factor going too. The staff are nice and friendly usually even when the store is absolutely heaving.

This particular store is located in Forster Square Retail Park. Car parks always busy due to football stadium being close by so foten have to wait for spaces. This store also seems busier than others so can be a lot of hussle and bussle inside and have queued at the checkout for up to 10 minutes on more than one occasion. Bargains to be had for all ages so well worth a visit if you have the time to browse and queue.
