This company was hired by my home warranty company. My husband called him on Thursday to find out…read morewhat we could do to until they came on Monday because the unit would not turn off. The guy asked if he could please come out on Tuesday as he promised his crew the day off Monday for Labor Day! NO PROBLEM! We get it and only sleep upstairs thankfully we have 2 units on our house. Tuesday came, the guy said he put us down for 8am. No show! Because home warranties email said 11-3 we waited! 3pm no show! Mind you we sat all day waiting, and had things to do to prepare for an upcoming trip cross country. My husband called MD Lawson, they acted like they had no clue who we were or that we were on their schedule. He asked my husband all the same questions he had asked on Thursday and was told they'd be there in an hour! 2 hours goes by, my husband calls again, guy says "I'll be there as soon as I finish this job, I'll call you when I'm on my way." Long story short, the guy never showed and we had to leave town the next day with a still broken AC unit. These guys accept these calls from home warranty! Why accept if you aren't going to show!

Came out and repaired the shut off but stated they wouldn't repair the water damage since they "didn't know what was old or new". Decided then not to contact them again. HOWEVER. Had a company come check out the system before summer and was told most of their work would FAIL INSPECTION. Wrong wires, uncovered pipes, wood where there should be metal, and heating coils within inches of wooden support beams. This fire hazard it feet from my toddlers bed room. Just. Don't. Go. To. Them. If you have gone with them before, get a county inspector to make sure it was done correct.
