I attended a Learn to Curl class on 3/19/17 and now I'm hooked! Curling is a full body workout activity that I can do outside of the gym, a fun and strategy based sport that is easy to learn, and a this is a very social and welcoming group makes for a great time. Classes and league play are currently held at the Las Vegas Ice Center. The group's leader, Nick, makes sure you feel welcome and are able to participate. The rest of the group was also very encouraging and social. My instructor, Luann, was excellent. She was patient, kind, and encouraging. I learned so much from her in my very first class. Nick's passion for the sport is obvious and infectious. He is so helpful; he even took the time out from his advanced group to give me good tips to correct my form when shooting that I was able to implement right away. When I moved to Las Vegas the type of rinks were not that great. This ice skating park though is different and noticed it was a heavily used facility which is a very good sign! Individual, and team skaters were eager to get on the ice. You enter and can purchase ice time, and rent equipment. I would check them out pricing as well as the different programs they offer. The staff were very hospitable which is a very much appreciated experience as we were just sketching. This facility has at least two separate rinks for different types of events, lessons, or team plays. I like that they have a middle viewing room, which is a warmer temperature than in the main ice skate rinks, where the skaters, parents, viewers, etc can wait for their time onto the main rinks or bleachers. Restrooms are close by. I will definitely come back here to skate.

I thought it was so cute! When we went, Coca-Cola had an area on the roof where you can take photos and get spiked coke floats and make your own ornaments (free). The ice wasn't as smooth but it was enough to skate around and there are many staff to regulate the rink. They have regularly scheduled cleaning times to keep the ice smooth and clean. My girlfriends and I got a fire pit but there are other high-tops to sit and eat/drink at near the rink. They had about 8 different cocktails, we were so tempted to try them all but they were pretty pricey. It was on par with any other Vegas bar though. I would definitely come again! It was so much fun! It's all ages so the whole family can come and enjoy!

They were knowledgeable, professional, and made safety a top priority while still making sure everyone had an amazing time. They never rushed us, checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and even let me arrive early to decorate and set up before the party. It's also a bonus we can bring in any food/drinks/decorations and stay as long as we like! I was especially impressed with how they handled the weather. We had high wind warnings that day, and I was worried the party would be canceled. The staff reassured me that they know the area well and that their location is protected from the wind. They were absolutely right--the wind died down, and the weather ended up being perfect! The fields are huge, and the picnic areas have plenty of tables, shade, and space for larger groups. We had more than enough room for our party, and everyone was comfortable. My son had the best birthday, and I couldn't be happier that we chose Combat Paintball Zone. This was the most therapeutic experience of my whole entire life…read more My friend and I are both dealing with some horrific issues, devastating grief, loss, anger surrounding the situations, etc. the emotion was sensed and noted as soon as we entered. The compassion and incredible energy we were surrounded with was so far above and beyond, it melted our hearts! We smashed the sh*t out of so many objects and got out so much emotion , and after we got so many genuine hugs and felt like things really will be alright. Thank you so much for giving us a safe place to rage out the pain, and for genuinely caring about our wellbeing and what we are both homing through.

Upon check-in we were asked if we had a play list to play in the room. I didn't have it ready because I didn't know this was even an option, but I found a cool ISmash playlist on Spotify that was real cool. You start off by watching a video and an employee also explains what to do. Then you put on protective glasses, face/head shield and gloves. Then you head off to your room for Smash time! It was really fun! We went today, on Tuesdays for half off and they are always having promotions going on. It is a bit pricey, but we are glad that these deals are available. They also have splatter paint and axe throwing which we want to try in the near future as well. If you are looking to do something fun and different with family and friends OR you're really MAD and need to rage, head on over to iSmash and get your SMASH on!

Before entering the shooting area, they showed us an instructional video and went over all the safety rules to make sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared. The cost was $27 per person for an hour, which I felt was reasonable for the experience. They also have a small area where you can purchase drinks, and there is a restroom inside the facility for convenience. One thing I thought was really cool is that you can take your target sheet home at the end as a souvenir. I will definitely be coming back, especially for an adults-only outing. Walking in, the actual fencing area is open and can be viewed. There's a uniform and equipment waiting at the front, and all the coaches were friendly. I was given time to experience the equipment as well as fence itself. A lot of introductory lessons don't lead to what I consider the 'fun' part which is the actual activity. Carlos spent a couple of minutes explaining the basic rules, enough to understand, but quickly got me in gear to experience the joy of fencing. By the end, I was able to have a couple of bouts with both Carlos, another fencer, and even Mi, one of the owners. What made the experience special was that it was truly a very welcoming and family affair. You can tell the instructors, as well as Mi, really cared about the sport, and the experience of the fencers. Fencing has an allure to it, it's a very controlled but expressive sport that I'm glad I got to experience. Especially at Fence Mi. I would definitely recommend this trial experience to anyone who is interested.

He explained everything to me and we went out on the water, It is definitely a learning experience if you never have done it before! I told him in the very beginning "i don't think i'm gonna be able to stand up on that thing". He proved me wrong he got me up and standing a few times, even if i did eat crap, I stood up!
