From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. Despite these issues, I truly thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all helped make our wedding a day to remember!

NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. She was organized, calm, and on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel easy and stress free. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly because of her and DJ Syd. Every dish was fresh, well prepared, and full of flavor. The service was even better than we expected. The staff was attentive, kind, and truly cared about making our day special. It would of been nice if they supplied butter for the bread & plain spaghetti along with some black pepper. There was no salt & pepper shakers to be found. I was a little bummed not to see any seltzers or sliced lemons at the bar. Also it would of been nice to know it was a CASH ONLY BAR. I talked with my friend & she said she wasn't even aware it was cash only. That is something that the owners may want to tell their guest when they are looking to book this hall. I don't carry much cash on me & they were charging $10 for a Tito's. The girl also announced after they were done serving the food it would still be available for guests & just to let them know. I was actually hungry & could have gone for seconds but never saw anyone to ask. My friend arrived after the food was served with her 2 kids and no one came over to her. The staff was very, very slow to come pick up dirty dishes off the tables. I was not impressed by this. No one came to see if we needed our water pitches refilled. My empty drink cup sat on the table the whole night. I did like how they had a water bubbler next to the bar with cups to serve yourself water. Unless you want lots of stress, and possibly even having to find yourself a new venue at the last minute, do not book this venue. The owner makes lots of promises that he doesn't keep, he does not communicate or respond timely. In November 2022 he said the venue would be remodeled by March 2023, here we are in August and I just read a review that it hasn't been remodeled. In July during a food tasting I found out by the Coordinator that he couldn't provide the silver Chiavari chairs he promised, he said nothing could be done it was impossible knowing that he has a second venue, then he stated that he could put a green bow on gold chairs. My daughters colors are silver and green. Later he stated he would need to give me my money back, and for me to find somewhere else, 3-months before my daughters Quinceañera, then he stated he would keep my deposit, he is very sloppy, unprofessional, terrible communication. Your special event should be memorable and not stressful, go anywhere else give your money to a business that truly cares about you.

The rooms are on the smaller side but ergonomically laid out to give you the feel of more space. The room has some modern conveniences but still has that older feel. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the wifi signal was great, and if you are a gold or higher BonVoy Member, you can get the enhanced wifi free. The bathrooms have the toilet and bathtub separate from the sink, which is on the outside of the bathroom. There is no ventilation, aside from a hole in the wall, which is indicative of an older hotel. If you have one of these rooms, you will have to leave the bathroom door open after you shower. The Channel selection on the TV is okay, and you stream from a few of the major streaming services if you wish. The hotel lobby has plenty of space for gatherings and individuals. The Ground floor also has a Bistro serving breakfast, coffees and, dinner items and drinks. The Gym is on the smaller side but has enough equipment for a good workout. I had no issues as I was the only person using the fitness center at the time of my workout, and plenty of space. Overall, a good short-stay hotel in an area with many restaurants within walking distance, and an assortment of strip malls and other places to shop.
