Every time I've gone they're able to explain what strains they have/effects of the strain no matter who I've spoken to. Nothing but consistency from here. On Friday 12/14 I rode to curaleaf to pick up two piles carts for some cramps I had been suffering that day. Upon arriving I was greated by the calm and friendly security guard and the receptionist. I felt a very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. Once I showed my required ID I was let right in and directed to an area to wait until someone came to help me. It wasn't more than 30 seconds before a lovely lady named Christian said hello to me and asked if it was my first time visiting. I think the giant smile on my face gave me away. She then came from around the counter to shake my hand and introduced herself. Then we went into a private room to discuss what kinda of medicine I would like to purchase. It was a very laid back conversation and it felt like you're talking to a friend. I really enjoyed that part. I didn't feel pressured to buy something. After making a decision I went to grab some cash because I had forgotten it was a cash only location however to their credit they did have a working atm. After returning I was let back in again without any hassle and I can't tell you how much I appreciate something small like that. The checking out process was super easy. A warm, sweet, generous and funny woman named Cherish helped me finish up my transaction explaining what she was giving me, how to use it and how long I should use it. While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful the vapes don't taste good. They have a butane gas taste. I should mention I tried the two types they have there (as I complained about the taste of the less expensive one, I was sold a more expensive one). The more expensive one didn't taste better either. The drop is awful tasting. It's also extremely sweet. I also want to mention that the last cartridge I purchased had no effect on me at all. I tried several puffs and ended up going to Medmen to purchase from them. It could be just me, I don't know. I'm so new at this. I just want to control my pain and anxiety without using pain killers and other meds. read more

I take back my initial review Written on friday. Yes. They talk a good game.... But it's all hype. I purchased 300 worth of product Took one blue capsule 2 hours before bed.. About 1 hour later I started to feel tingly... Which quickly became a wired feeling... I could not sleep all night I tossed and turned and was in pain all morning.. This pill is supposed to super relax you and relieve pain.. It did not.. Thinking maybe I was not used to this form of meds...I repeated it last night, the same thing. I had to take a sleeping pill. Just to get to sleep I bought this product to relax and for pain relief It simply does not work.. I dont know where the pills are being manufactured, no info on the label just gives a location in Illinois. I feel terrible... The Vape I was sold, was 20 bucks and does not work..a piece of junk Made two calls to Forrest Hills this pm.. No return calls I am sticking to Ibuprofen and other sleeping aids A lot cheaper and they work.. I've been going to this dispensary since obtaining my MMJ card a few months ago. This place is great. Clean, professional, and comforting. Everyone there is well-informed and will offer information before you even ask. They have reasonable prices, especially in comparison to their competitors. Just vapes, pills and drops like everywhere else. They have a small variety of vape pens, including a cheaper disposable option. As well as tinctures.. there was even a peppermint one around the holidays. They ALWAYS have discounts and have a points program to help you save money. My first time was amazing, I left without any questions and when I returned weeks later, the staff remembered me! I'm excited for what's to come to Curaleaf in NY. Her recommendation was perfect, the highest quality oil I've used so far. So I came here since I was giving my recommendation. I was told I could get assistance in helping me with getting my card from other patients. Unfortunately I did not receive the customer service i was told about. Just apon walking in there was 1 young lady who greeted me with a welcoming smile but she was already helping a gentleman. The young lady who was at the reception desk wasnt helping anyone but was speaking in a VERY unprofessional manner to the security guard. I then waited patiently to be helped while the receptionist was venting off on something I then decided to ask her about the process because im new to this and i just got my certification from my DR. The reception then tells me with an extreme attitude that im suppose to have a temp card?. Again i told her i didnt know the process IM NEW to this sorry to cause you such problems... Long story short im not sure if this person is always receptionist there but being patient and compassionate with people that are in pain is something she is not qualified for.
