Nordic's crew was on time, on the day they promised and they accomplished all of the work they said…read morethey would do plus one additional request. They installed new wiring and fixtures for three ceiling lights, a wall sconce, and an outdoor motion flood. They also installed a new bathroom light/exhaust/heater appliance in the ceiling. It was all done in about four hours. The crew was polite and very professional. I have always enjoyed good service from Nordic.

We did have a…read moreloose wiring harness connection with our new furnace, but Dave was up the Gunflint Trail in no time to fix it -- which I think tells you more about the quality and integrity of the team. We've used Nordic Electric for other tasks and they've been great. Most recently, we had them up the Gunflint Trail in practically no time to replace an old, corroded main breaker in the middle of winter -- when we absolutely needed the power working! We've had great luck with them.

We have to hire someone to fix it. They gave us a date they would be here to finish the job so we scheduled everything else around them. They delayed the date. We called them, because we were upset, and hold them they had to finish the job. Three days later they called and told us they were not going to finish the Job!!. They turned a fun project into a nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone. They just can't be trusted and have terrible customer service.

My job…read morethat I had, replacing a small main service panel in the basement with a larger one and bringing all up to code with an externally disconnect and an added interlock for a generator, and the now mandatory "smart meter." I was very pleased with their work. They crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and competent. They did all I asked and did it well., and they did it below the quoted estimate. I could, would have done the work myself but just don't have the time or, at my age, the ambition to undertake a project that involves disconnecting the entire house.
