Scott was referred to us by an acquaintance. We had tried to find other plumbers in our area, but…read morenone were willing to come out and even give us an estimate. We have a cabin about 35 south of Superior, WI and most businesses aren't willing to drive the distance. If reviews could be more than 5 stars, we give Scott a 5-star plus rating. We had old plumbing in our cabin that was not up to code and installed carelessly, as well as a water heater from the 1980s. Scott's estimate was free and spot on with the final cost, which was well-under what we anticipated. He explained what needed to be done and why. We also appreciate that he did not leave a mess. We weren't home when he finished up his job, but he was kind enough to come back to go over his work. We will certainly hire Scott again should the need arise. I highly recommend Scott at Lavoie Plumbing. He's professional, kind, thorough, transparent, and very knowledgeable. Work done: Replace piping not up to code; replace water heater; replace waste water tubing; upgrade outside faucet to prevent freezing; update plumbing for the dishwasher; replace bathroom sink faucet; relocate and update a hookup for the washer; re-locate and update drainage piping for furnace condensation.
