A headlight recently went out in my Subaru Outback. I came to this store because a family member…read morerecommended it, and she said that they had put in a headlight in her car just a few weeks ago. I spoke with the sales associate and told him the model and year of the car. He was able to look it up and tell me which light I needed. I bought the headlight and he told me that they could not put it in. I was bummed, but moved on. In general, that first experience was good. Later that day when I found someone to put the headlight in for me, the person realized that I had been sold the wrong light. I kept the dead light out as a reference and headed back to the store. The same gentleman who had helped me before found the correct light and made the exchange for me. However, not once did he say "sorry for selling you the wrong light!" He even looked up the make and year again to confirm to himself that the light that he had initially sold me is what was listed in their computer. It was, so it was not his fault at all, however a "sorry for the inconvenience" is still necessary IMO. It really doesn't matter to me what his computer said, the fact is that I was sold the wrong product. After the transaction, I explained that a sales associate put in a new headlight for my family member just a few weeks ago. The sales associate even told her that the only time the store wouldn't be able to put a light in would be if it was raining. I asked if the policy had recently changed. The gentleman said no, it hadn't changed. Clearly there's miscommunication between the employees, and they are not all on the same page surrounding policies. Again, no apology from the gentleman for this inconsistency. Very disappointing second experience here.

If you going here for your annual car maintenance yes this place is exceptional…read more Appointment and walk-in based. Great. Recently I've been going here and I have had absolutely NO PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF. George has been exceptional, Marc has been exceptional there are two others who have worked with me and no trouble at all They've all treated me well I have had nothing but great service from everyone. EXCEPT this one particular fall day in. November. I go in to get my car inspected and immediately it started off horrible. The guy who greeted us seemed to be new & he had great customer service skills it was until he went over to a senior advisor NOAH STERN is where shit went left. First off, we was greeted with an attitude I guess we disturbed his working progress and it wasn't until I let him know what I was here for is when the tone changed, then it came time to check out my car. (Keep in mind you I have NEVER been pulled over, stopped or nothing for my tints, but let NOAH tell it. They was too dark) I proceeded to let him know, No, they were not and prior to him taking my car in the back I told him if it's not going to pass inspection let me know I will take it somewhere else. 30 minutes lates Noah comes back, with "bad news". I'm sorry you didn't pass the inspection... I asked if he put the R on the car and he informed me yes they had to. So even after I let him know. He did whatever he wanted to do anyway. You lied about my tints being too dark You lied about where I could have my front windshield Tint placement. The AS-1 line was no where, where you pointed and now 4 months later I am fighting with the RMV to get a tint waiver as I watch all these other cars drive by me with super dark tints way darker then mine. But this particular day. You was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I am not happy. I will never ever deal with him for as long as I come to Acura. If he is the only advisor open I will wait or come back.

I made an online appointment a week in advance for an airbag sensor recall, expecting that my…read moreappointment time actually meant something. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a dealership. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. Bryan was standing directly in front of me, looked up briefly, then went right back to his phone before eventually deciding to help me. There was no greeting, no "How can I help you?", no explanation of the process, nothing. He informed me the repair would take 3-4 hours and that there were no loaner vehicles available. When I questioned why I even had an appointment if I was going to be waiting that long, he compared it to a doctor's office and said they take the car back and a technician eventually gets to it. If that's how appointments work, customers should be told that before they arrive so they can plan accordingly. What really stood out was the complete lack of hospitality. I wasn't told where the waiting area was, where the restrooms were, whether there was coffee or water available, or anything else that would make a customer who was expected to wait several hours feel welcome. I had to figure everything out on my own. I even suggested that the dealership call customers ahead of time when recall appointments are expected to take several hours, especially when appointments are booked online. My suggestion was met with nothing more than a shrug, which made it clear customer feedback wasn't important. About 3 1/2 hours later, I received a call saying my vehicle was almost finished. However, the following day I checked my vehicle app and the recall is still listed as open. Whether the repair wasn't completed or the system simply hasn't updated, it doesn't inspire confidence. I understand that recalls can take time and that loaner vehicles aren't always available. My issue is the dismissive attitude, poor communication, and lack of basic customer service from start to finish. A simple greeting, a brief explanation of the process, and directing customers to the waiting area would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this is the closest dealership to me, but based on this experience, I won't be returning unless I absolutely have no other choice.
