Best Land Lord/Real Estate/Apartment Rental company I have ever had…read more This is my third apartment and I have been blown away by Rinaldo Realty. Every call- question, comment, complaint - is answered promptly; in fact I don't even usually have to leave a message I talk to someone right away. All maintance issues are fixed within 24 hours and on the rare occasion it can't be fixed that quickly SOMETHING is done as a temporary fix. When my apartment was flooded by my upstairs neighbors- the landlord was there within 15 minutes and spent the next 7 hours cleaning the mess and even offered to pay for us to go somewhere for the day while he fixed things up. When our fridge stopped being cold, or the stove pilot wouldn't lite- he asked which model I had, realized right away they were older appliances. By the time I got home form work- there were new ones. Rinaldo Realty is great to rent from. I'm dreading ever having to move!
